Samantha's POV

I've been part of the Mikaelson family for over two months. Rebekah still doesn't like me, but what can I do? Kol went to talk with Davina about the deal with the witches when they came up to me and Elijah. Elijah and I have not said anything about us yet since I haven't found anything in books but I still have lots of them to read. Klaus is like the best boyfriend ever. He is so sweet to me and we hardly fight which is good but he and Rebekah are always arguing about me. I'm kind of sick of it actually.

"Do you think it looks good here?" Elijah asked me. It's December 24th. Christmas eve. Since I'm not going home till everything is solved and I wanted to celebrate Christmas even if it's far away from my siblings. Elijah was trying to find a nice place to put the christmas tree.

"A little bit more to the left." I told him while seating in the back of the couch making popcorn ornaments. I had my Glee Christmas Playlist from Spotify playing in the background.

"Better?" I looked up and he gave me a huge smile. I nodded giving a smile back. "You really like this holiday, don't you?" I nodded again.

"In the begging me and my father we would go to the mall and buy gifts for Elena and then later for Jeremy. When Elena grew up we would go shopping and my father would stay home and then he would dress up as Santa to surprise Jeremy. We always celebrated it with a lot of love and joy." I told him remanescing the good old days.

"That sounds lovely." He said and gave me a sympathetic smile. He went near a big table where we would all eat later today and brought a big box with the tree ornaments. "Do you want to place the star in the top?" He asked. I placed the popcorn bowl in the couch and took the star off Elijah's hands.

"I don't reach it." I told him knowing that the tree was too big and I was too short to reach the top.

"I'll help you." He came behind me and grabbed me by my waist pulling me up at his shoulder. I outstreched my arm and placed the star on top of the tree. He put me down slowly. "It looks good." I turned around and smiled at him.

"It does." I reasured him. The song changed to 'Baby, It's Cold Outside'. I started singing along Kurt's part of the song.

"May I have this dance?" He asked grabing my and makind me spin around and then placing my other hand in his shoulder. I let out a laugh and he smiled at me. His eyes shining. "You're a good singer." He told me placing both of his hands in my waist and letting both of my hands rest in each of his shoulders.

"Oh Baby it's cold outside." I sang and he lowered me making me rest my whole body in his arms. We let out a laugh.

"I see you're having fun." Klaus walked in smirking. Elijah pulled me up. "I hope I still have decorations to place." He told us coming towards me. Elijah stepped away and Klaus gave me a kiss in the cheek.

"Of course there are." I looked up at Klaus. He walked up to the box and took out some small lights to place around the tree.

"Will you help me?" He asked coming closer. I nodded with a smile and looked behind to ask if Elijah wanted to help too but he was no longer in the room. I shrugged my shoulders. We started untangling the lights and putting them around the tree. We exchanged some in love looks like lover birds.

***After Christmas Dinner***

The dinner went well Klaus and Rebekah didn't argued which was peaceful. Elijah was actually in a good mood and so was Kol. Even Davina and Marcel came to have dinner with us. We moved to the parlor and Klaus got us all a little drink. We were all by the fire having a nice bourbon, talking, laughing. My phone started buzzing. Someone was calling me. I took my phone out of my jeans pocket and noticed it was Damon. I told them I need to leave for a little bit to pick up the call and I went into the study.

"Hey there Salvatore!" I said through the phone and heard Damon giggle from the other side.

"Hey! How're you doing?" It's so nice to hear his voice.

"I'm fine. What about you and Elena?" I heard him sigh.

"I'm fine, Elena? Not so good. She misses you and so does Jeremy. I told her to call you but she says she is still mad at you."

"She's too stubborn. What about Stefan?" I asked sitting in the armchair behind the desk.

"Not good either. They broke up. He's high on blood again in the merge of turning off his feelings." Poor Stefan. I wish I was there to help him.

"Rough Christmas Salvatore?"

"I wish you were here. I miss you." He said making tears come to my eyes.

"I know I miss you too. But I have things to figure out."

"Problems?"

"There's a Coven of witches trying to get to Klaus, I don't know why. They are trying to use me as Klaus' weakness. They know that the only way to hurt him is hurting me first."

"Do you need me there to kick some asses?" I chuckled.

"If I need anything I'll call you."

"Okay then. Stefan is drinking of a waitress I gotta go. Merry Christmas Sam."

"Merry Christmas Salvatore." I hung up the phone and went back to the living room. When I got there I heard no laughing, no talking... When I reached the living room I noticed they were all staring at someone. I came closer to see who it was. It was middle age woman. She was very beautiful but the she was covered in blood. What the hell?

"Mother?" Elijah asked the lady. Mother?! That's their mother?
