They caged up all the Chinpazee's these hunters were serious about their job. Taking me meant war so they hired a hunter organization to secure and capture me. Why? Why me? The small village that I live in is in the middle of the forest. We love nature so we live in it.

I usually feed nourish and take care of Chinpazee's so I gained their trust. I am a family to them. A substitute mother to many of the babies. So when they see me in threat they attack. Luckily none where harmed. But in the end. They were caged up.

I was tied in a chair while the poor people were captive inside the main hut. Nobody goes in. Nobody gets out. I am annoyed. The Chief had announced the cancelation of my arranged marrige. The clan wanting to join with ours deals with dark magic. Our little village couldn't live with those kind of people. Killing. Cursing. Fighting. Animal fights. Female abuse. No we are civilized nature people. We enjoy our peace and harmony.

But the Chief didn't tell us the correct story. The people that came to join clans with my hand in marrige. Weren't any other clan. It was city type of people. They didn't deal with black magic. They wanted money. Gold to be precise. But this land has no gold. I had to learn it the hard way. Funny side of this is. I am not the Chief's daughter. Am not even related. I am just one of his people. His subordinants. I never knew my parents. I was told by the chief that they abandoned me here.

Saying I was never meant to be born. Nobody took time to officially raise me but hey is ok. I understood their reasons. But why me? Did they harass the chief to hand me over or everyone will get hurt? What happened?

"It's nice to finally meet you... My name is Damon" a husky voice was heard

I looked up glaring but was surprise by the person. Him? I saved him over two year ago from a tiger trap. Those traps are very much painful and a year back from hole. A trap we make to capture boars and or to protect ourselves from tigers.

"Yeah... It's me..." One of the hunters place a seat and he sits in front of me

"You... I assumed you would never return" I say confused as I try to lean back

"Yeah... But you saved me... Not once but twice... But my son... You saved him in a way... That he wants to repay you with his life..." He says calmly

"The one that I had to suck the snake venom out?" I asked surprisedly

"Yes... You see he was weak... So he would have died faster if it wasn't for you..." He explains slightly as he smiles

"I barely remember much... When he got stronger I blacket out... I awoke here in the medical home bite marks on my neck... Well I had a few ant bites on my body so it was normal and very much weak..." I tried to remember that day but it keeps on the same

I looked at him for answers he must know "He... He had told me that you swallowed a bit of poison... So... So he brought you as close as he could hear... He was basically captured then thrown back to our camp... Warned him to never get close to this village again"

"That's why then... But why do you guys want me anyways... To get to this extent of taking the people hostage and the Chinpazee's into a cage?" I asked annoyedly reminding myself why I should stay mad

"Well my son... Is quite fond of you... So we asked if you could marry my son and as well to let us dig in search of gold..." He says as he stands up as he looks over to the chief

He looks at the man anger evident in the Chief's eyes. So it was a deal made between them but it was civilized. He came politely and asked. What happened after? Why did the taking me away was canceled?

"He agreed with the sole purpose of us not harming any of his subjects... And so we agreed... But... When we returned the next month to start the arrangments and the digging he wanted us to leave out of the blue..." He says confusedly but he chuckles as he points at the chief "We asked the reason and his answer was there is no gold... So we still asked for you..."

He stops talking as he sighs out and looks my way. My face says it all. Am confused. Am hurt. But most of all. I was basically almost sold of but I would have understood if its the safety of the people. I would have left voluntarily. But why the chief got so mad. I looked up at his dark brown eyes as the sun glimmed atbthem. They seem so clear but so dark as well.

"He said it was still in good with his side of the deal but when he saw one of my body guards he got angry and had thrown us out..." He kicks the dirt to simulate kicking and I could see the anger in his eyes "I pressumed he must have seen my body guard hunting and just didn't apreciate it so I understood but a deal is a deal..."

Hunting? Usually hunters are spotted a mile away so it was understandable. But is what he says. A deals a deal. I don't want anybody to get hurt and so I looked down.

"It is true about the gold... There is no gold here... If so we would have given it away but this people have lived more than you can think... But..."

"But..." He clenches his teeth as he glares at the Chief

I looked away and say "I will go with you... Just please... Please... Release the animals and leave this people alone... They have done nothing... Chief included"

He looks at me surprised but smiles calmly "Adda girl... Release her... We are taking our leave... We will never come back... Not even close"

They untied me but I heard "Sir... Are you sure she won't run of?"

"For the safety of this animals and the people around she won't run..." He responded

They let everybody out and released the chimps. The only baby Chinpazee rushed towards me. I quickly grabbed it hugging it tightly. Tears streaming down as I will miss this little guy. But was removed by force and throan to one of the ladies. She hugged it tightly and tries to not let it go. Holding it tightly. I was pushed roughly and as the man walked. I had to follow. My head hung low.

"Liligan..." Somebody mumbles out

I stopped and looked back. A slight smile on my face. I was pushed roughly again. I glared at the man but I started walking again. Tears streamed down my dirty face. My throat ached and I just stared. Seeing how my home was becoming farther and farther away.
