Harry watched as Grace stormed out of the Great Hall. He instantly regretted it, and rubbed his hands through his hair. He didn't want to fight with Grace, she was pretty much the only family he had.
He looked at Ron and Hermione, and saw the guilt on their faces. They had blown up at Grace, and for no reason. All the anger had been towards each other, but they pushed it towards Grace when she tried to show them eachothers point of view. Harry was still annoyed with Hermione, for calling him selfish for agreeing to the duel, and he could tell Hermione was annoyed with them. But they all loved Grace, they couldn't deny they had that in common.
As he left the Great Hall later with Ron, he couldn't help but wonder where Grace had rushed off to, and hoped she was safe.

Grace sighed looking down the halls. She knew that they would all forgive eachother soon, so there was no sense worrying about it for now. But she couldnt help but have this feeling of stress, worry and something else mixed together in the pit of her stomach.
She hadn't seen the Bloody Baron at dinner, so she was determined to find him. She knew she wasn't allowed to be roaming the halls, so she quickly looked around. Seeing as no one was around, she quickly turned invisible. She walked down the halls, having this feeling she was being followed.
She was near Dumbledore's Office Entrance when she heard a voice speak up.
"I knew there was something different about you, firstie." Grace froze looking around, seeing no one at first. The she looked up, and saw the faint outline of Peeves. "Not something bad though, Peeves kind o' likes you. I like that you can see me, even when Im invisible."
Grace motioned for Peeves to be quieter and to follow her. They went into an empty classroom, and Grace closed the door.
"You can't tell anyone Peeves!" Grace whispered.
"Aw, don't worry about it. It's rare that Peeves likes someone. But I like you so Im not about to tattle on you... I like you and those Weasley twins. Nice little trick, how'd you learn to turn invisible?"
"Um, Im a special wizard...."
"I know that, Peeves was a wizard too. I know what type of wizard, but how did you learn how to do it? There are some multi-Wizards who can't figure out how to do their tricks untill they get to the age of seventy."
"Oh....I don't know. I just sort of....can."
Peeves nodded his head.
"What else can you do?"
"Peeves, I really shouldn't be talking about this."
Peeves nodded his head. "Okay okay. Ill leave you alone for now. Ever need me, just hollar."
"Wait-how can you see me Peeves?"
"Same reason you can see me. I can turn invisible, so I can see those who turn invisible."
And with that, Peeves flew through the floor. Grace sighed at the close encounter, and felt guilty for not being able to tell Harry about all of this stuff.
She opened the door, and saw a few shadows, huddled close together by a wall to the right of Grace. She quickly noticed it was Fred, George and Lee Jordan.
Before she could stop herself, she was walking towards them. She made sure her footsteps were silent, and when she was an inch infront of them, she gave each of them a soft whack against the backs of their heads.
"Dammit Peeves! Leave us alone!" George whispered grinning. Grace grinned.
"We have a master prank getting set up." Fred said smiling a foot to the left of Grace, where he thought Peeves was.
"We don't need you meddling in on this one." Lee Jordan laughed quietly. "That Grace chick, the one in first year, she might be a great pranker. She showed up Fred and George last night with their own prank. We need to see how she reacts to getting pranked."
"Hopefully she doesnt outsmart us." George grinned.
"Nah, no way that's gonna happen." Fred smiled.
Grace looked over their shoulders, to see their plan. She quickly memorized the details, and fixed a few things on it.
She quickly ran away before they could notice. She sighed, deciding she wasn't going to find the Bloody Baron after all.
She was just walking through where Malfoy and Ron and Harry were supposed to be having their duel, when she realized what time it was. The duel was supposed to be starting any minute now. Malfoy wasn't here, and Grace had a feeling he wasn't going to show up. She became visible again, and ran forward, hearing the familiar footsteps of Ron, Harry, Neville and Hermione. Yes, it was strange she could tell who they were by their footsteps, but right now she didn't care. This was a set-up, and they were all going to get caught.
Grace kept running untill she ran into somebody. She heard a bunch of thumping noises as everyone fell to the ground. Grace's friends kept quiet, not realizing who it was.
"Bloody Hell, Hermione and Neville! We would have been fine if only-"
"Shut up Ron!" Grace whispered furiously. "Guys get up! Hurry."
When she saw everyone was standing she pushed then forwards, back in the direction they had come from.
"What's the big idea Grace!?" Harry exclaimed stopping. "Don't tell me Hermione convinced you to stop us!"
Grace shoved them all forward to keep them moving. "Guys shut up!" She whispered. "Its a set-up. Malfoy set you guys up, hoping you'd get caught."
"Yea right." Ron laughed crossing his arms and stopping.
"Are you kidding me!? You're going to believe Malfoy instead of me!?"
"Well..." Harry started.
"No. Don't. Nevermind. Forget I said anything. Go back there and get caught for all I care." Grace whispered angrily.
"Grace..." Harry said.
"No. Don't Harry. Ill come with you guys. You guys are always right, after all."
They walked back into the room. Grace had no idea why she decided to follow them. There was a huge chance that she was going to get caught, and Grace could have been safe, and there would have been less points taken off of Gryffindor. But Harry was her brother, and even though she hadn't known him that long, she loved him. She knew she did. And they had to stick together.
Suddenly Grace heard a noise from the next room.
"Sniff around, my sweet, they might be lurking in a corner." Filch said to Mrs. Norris. Harry's eyes widened as he mouthed for everyone to follow him. they had just barely gotten around the corner when they heard Filch enter the room they had just been in.
"Probably hiding." Filch muttered. They quickly crept down a long hallways full of suits of armor, and they heard Filch getting closer. Suddenly Neville broke out into a run, but tripped over his robes and landed onto Ron. The two of them fell into a suit of armor, and it came crashing down creating a loud clanging noise.
Neville and Ron scrambled to stand up, and they all broke out into a run, running down the hallway. They went down corridors and through a secret passageway, Filch following the whole time. Finally they ended up near their Charms classroom.
"I think we've lost him." Harry muttered. Grace didnt say anything.
"Sorry Grace." Ron and Harry muttered, taking in deep breaths.
"Save it." She sighed.
"Why the bloody hell would you come back with us if you knew it was a trap?" Ron half grinned looking sideways at her.
Neville was bent over, wheezing and Hermione gasping clutchig a stich in her side.
Grace laughed lightly. She didn't care anymore. She didn't want to be mad at them. They were all stubborn, they couldn't help it. "Cause we're all in this together." She grinned. "I couldn't have just left you guys there, no matter how much I wanted to at the time. I mean, I was wandering the halls too. I couldn't find who I was looking for, although I did see your brothers, Ron."
Ron looked at her questioningly. "Im guessing it's Fred and George?"
"Yea. Guys, stay out of main hallway off of the Great Hall tomorow." They nodded.
"Who were you looking for?" Harry asked.
Grace paused for a minute, and seeing them all staring at her, she sighed. "The Bloody Baron."
"The Bloody Baron!?" Neville exclaimed. "Why would you go looking for him!?"
"Because he isn't that bad." Grace said.
"Well you should have been by the portrait of the fat lady! He passed by me at least twice!" Neville exclaimed shuddering. "Actually, he passed through me."
They continued walking untill they found a door. "It's locked." Harry muttered.
"Alohamora." Hermione sighed, taking her wand out of her pocket.
The door unlocked and they stepped inside. Grace hesitated. "I have to talk to the Bloody Baron.."
"Please," Harry pleaded. "Well only go in for a minute if it's not a secret passageway."
"But this seems like it could be the forbidden corridor." Grace said, trying to think up an excuse that might work for them to let her go. But as she thought about it, she realized if this really was the forbidden corridor, she wanted to see why it was forbidden. Her excuse had convinced her to go in, she realized, but it seemed to be doing the opposite for Hermione. "Fine."
They crept in, Grace holding Hermione's wrist so she had no choice but to follow them. They arrived at the end of the corridor, and there was another door. "Its locked." Harry sighed.
"Of course it is." Ron said exasperated.
"Alohamora." Grace said, copying Hermione. As the door clicked open, Grace let out a small laugh. "If this is the secret corridor, they should really use a better spell to keep it locked, because obviously this one doesn't work."
"Really though." Ron muttered, a grin on his face.
The door creaked open, and they stared into the darkness. No one made a move to go in. "Who wants to go first?" Grace's voice wavered.
Simultaniously everyone touched theit noses and said 'Not it'. They all looked at each other, looking to see who would make the move.
"Rock, paper, scissors?" Ron asked. "How about Eenie, meanie, miney, mo?"
"Oh my god." Grace sighed. "Ill go first then, since all of you are just a bunch of scaredy cats."
"Sounds good to me." Neville whispered.
Grace tentivaley took a step inside. She still couldn't really see anything, although she saw the faint trace of light that must have been coming from the moon outside, but it was covered by a big black shape. She heard breathing, but she assumed it was her friends. "Hold your breaths." She whispered, just barely loud enough for them to hear.
They didn't object, but did as she was told. She listened carefully, and still heard breathing.
She then saw the black shape covering the window shift. She sucked in a breath, and her eyes widened. "What is it?" Hermione whispered.
Grrace secretly wanted to yell at Hermione for speaking, but she couldn't, as the shape seemed to be sitting up. As Grace's eyes adjusted to the dark, she realized that it was a dog. A very big dog. With three very big heads. She saw the dogs six eyes watching her. As she slowly moved back towards the door, the dog stood up completely.
"I'm going to say this, and I completely mean it." Grace whispered through clenched teeth. "Run."
"What?" Harry asked poking his head in the doorway. The dog no longer blocked the view of the window, and in the soft moonlight Grace saw Harry's face pale. "Oh."
The dog let out an extremely loud bark. Neville screamed, and bolted for the exit down the corridor. Everyone else started to follow, but Grace was too far away from the door still. The dog didn't bother chasing everyone else. Grace was the first one to intrude, so the dog wanted Grace. He took one step, and was imediatley covering the doorway. Grace was trapped.
She looked around, her heart racing. Her claustraphobia was not going to kick in now. She could fall into panic with a giant three headed dog here. Nope. No way. She tried to think up a spell that would help her get out, but the only one she could think of was Wingardium Leviosa, and she had only tried that on feathers. Oh well, Grace thought. It's worth a try.
"Wingardium Leviosa!" She yelled, pointing her wand at the dog. Her spell wasn't strong enough to lift up the dog all the way, put she managed to get it a few feet off the ground. The dog started whimpering and clawig at the ground, trying to get to it, but with no luck. Grace walked towards the door, pointing her wand at the far end of the room, and she managed to see the faint outline of a door. When she was all the way out the door, she let the dog down, and closed the door.
She turned around, and was pushed back into the door. It was the result of four people slamming into her to check for damage. I know. Is she hurt? I don't know, let's just ram her into the door to see.
"We realized you weren't behind us when we got to the other exit." Hermione explained, helping her fet back up. "We came back as fast as we could to help you, but it looks like you handled it pretty well yourself."
Grace shrugged, rubbing her shoulder. "You guys are a lot stronger than you look, you know."
They started walking back to the dorms when Neville spoke up. "Why didn't we listen to you. It was the forbidden corridor. We shouldn't have gone in there."
"Honestly, I went in because I thought it might be the forbidden corridor. I wanted to see what was in there." Grace smiled.
"You're a nut job." Neville muttered, and Grace just laughed.
Everyone was silent for a moment, before Hermione spoke up. "That dog was gaurding somehing."
"Yeah, I saw a hidden door." Grace agreed.
"Really?" Neville asked.
"I didn't notice any doors, I was more focused on the three giant heads." Ron said.
"What do you think it was gaurding?" Harry wondered.
"I don't know, but it has to be dangerous to be gaurded by a dog that big." Hermione said.
As they reached the dormitory's, Grace realized she was going to have to look for the Bloody Baron another night.
"Let's go to bed, before they come up with another brilliant idea to get us killed, or worse, expelled." Hermione whispered to Grace.
"We didn't even want you to come with us in the first place!" Ron exclaimed.
So much for them getting along fine. Grace thought.
"Can you two just leave it alone for now?" Harry sighed.
"Hmph." Hermione said flipping her hair over her shoulder and stomping up the stairs.
"See ya guys tomorow." Grace sighed grinning before giving a hair flip and laughing. She turned and ran up the stairs to follow Hermione, just barely hearing Ron mutter 'Their nut jobs, they are'.
