I ran after Isaac's footsteps without thinking much. The only thought that was in my mind then was to pull Isaac to safety.

If everything that had happened up to now are being connected, the entering into the battle field would do nothing but land us into very troublesome trouble.

Why Asper did not send the clone to attack us when I was healing Isaac.
Why did they let us rescue Delphene and Dan without any obstruction.
Why George told us to 'go', away from the battlefield.
Why Jasper and Asper are not attacking us even though we were so close to them.

This only adds up to one conclusion. Jasper and Asper are luring us into the battlefield, along with Delphene and Dan.

Asper wanted to me to use the bright aura to heal Isaac, so that my energy would be drained.
Jasper and Asper both wanted Delphene and Dan out of the cage, and in the mean time, drain Isaac's energy.
George knew that there was a trap, so he told us to 'go'.
Jasper and Asper intended for us to get into the battlefield.

"Isaac!!! It's a tra..." My legs ran after Isaac's unconsciously.

Before I even realise it, my feet was inside of the field. Immediately, I came to a halt, hoping to help myself out of the boundary, but to no avail.

"Now we have all of them." Jasper wore a sinister grin. He then looked at Asper and nodded his head.

"It's a trap?! Damn!" Isaac caught hold of the situation, not long before we stepped inside the field. His knuckles were clenched hard.

"If only someone tried to consider what George hinted, things would be different." I spoke.

"He's my grand...," Isaac retorted, and then paused.

I skipped to George immediately after that, trying to stifle my laughter. Isaac was left at the same spot he stood when he first entered the field.

I wasn't elated about the fact that the three of us were trapped, but at the fact that I might have possibly 'owned' Isaac. On the other hand, if we were to think positively, at least the three of us are together now! With George literally at our side, there was a high chance that we will escape this place.

"Teacher! Are you alright? What exactly are they going to do to us?" I whispered to George as soon as I reached him.

I could vaguely hear Asper asking Jasper whether it was alright for me to roam around freely, and the reply Jasper gave was something like 'suit themselves'.

George dropped onto the ground and breathed heavily.

"Listen Sherrie, you and Isaac need to get out of here. I'll teleport the both of you back to the mountains..." George sounded feeble.

"But you are obviously not in any condition to do that! Jasper's shield is surrounding this area, isn't it? It isn't easy to go against the dark powers, I've experienced it myself." I disapproved.

Isaac jogged towards us upon realising that he was left alone, away from his allies.

"So what are they going to do, bring us to their leader and use us as experimental objects?" He scoffed.

"You never know." I looked at Isaac.

"They're going to bring us to Gemma. He's a person the both of you won't be able to suppress." George cut into our conversation. "So I need the two of you to get out."

Gemma..? Where have I heard this name before? The mention of this name sent chills down my spine. This name, also contained a sense of familiarity that I will never be able to figure out.

"Sherrie...not Gemma, please, no." Delphene trembled and backed off.

I bit my lips and my heart raced. Delphene has never acted this way before. Perspiration covered my face as I sensed danger awaiting us.

"Delphene..." Dan immediately flew over to Delphene and stayed by her side. "Gemma is the current ruler of the Meadows. He annihilated most of our kind. He...he's frighteningly powerful." Dan continued his explanation.

I could see Isaac turn a little paler than he was. George was trying hard to muster enough energy to teleport us back.

"It's done, anytime, at your call." Asper said monotonously.

"Right...on my count," Jasper started to raise his voice.

"THREE....."

"No! They're counting down to the teleportation!" My anxiety surfaced. Delphene and Dan immediately faced Jasper, their palm-sized body trembling in sync. George's teeth chattered as he tried to force his strength. Sweat dripped from Isaac's face.

"TWO....."

"We won't make it at this rate. Old geez, stop with the futile efforts," Isaac directed his words to George. "Even if you did succeed, you're only going to teleport the two of us but not yourself, right?"

My eyes grew. How could I have only realised that until now!

"ONE."

Time seemed to stop after Jasper articulated the last sound. A mixture of dark and bright beam of light surrounded the area that sent goosebumps down my body. In the next moment, we were sent to the hole on top of the area.

We will appear inside Gemma's palace.
