(A few days later)
(Herobrines' FoV)
We were in the forest a couple miles away from our house, having a little break.
At least I hope we aren't far away from home...
It grew colder and colder since we started to move again, and it even started snowing. A bit annoyed I kicked away a rock, causing it to fly away and hit a young tree. The tree shook under the force I kicked the rock with and dropped all of its snow on me. Steve turned around as he heard the sound, seeing me, covered in snow. With a soft giggle he went to me, gently removing some of the snow from my shoulder and my head. "Aww, never thought I'd have a  snowman as a boyfriend." A bit annoyed I glared at him, showing him my tongue as a sign that he sucked. Steve giggled some more before taking my hand, leading me on. I let out a short breath before following him slowly. Steve smiled reassuringly at me, showing me once again that I got the best boyfriend of all time.
Even if he can be a little... crazy to say the least.
I chuckled quietly at that, gripping his hand a bit tighter and following him to the others, who waited for us. Alex smiled at me. She and I grew a bit more familiar with each other, causing her to seem a lot nicer than when we first met. She seemingly appreciates me being with them. Unlike...
Notch.
Seto came over to me, making a few signs with his hands. I watched him, noticing that he was asking if I'm alright. I nodded, asking him the same question back. He nodded as well, but placed both hands over his chest in a cross, rubbing his arms. I nodded slightly, doing the same. He understood that it was cold for me as well. He smiled slightly before pointing towards Rico, then at himself and then moved two fingers over his hands as if he was walking. I nodded and he smiled, going to Rico again. I watched him before looking at Steve, noticing that his eyes went dull and he stared at a point I couldn't see. I shook my hand in front of his eyes, carefully trying to get him to snap out of his thoughts. He shook his head slightly and his eyes focused again. Then he looked at me. "Hm? What's wrong, Hero?" I made a few signs with my hands, trying to explain him that he phased out. He just tilted his head in confusion. "Uhm... I don't understand." A bit annoyed I rolled my eyes before whistling, making Rico turn around. I waved him over to me, and he came to us. In sign language I asked him if he could translate. He nodded. "Yeah, sure." I repeated the signs I showed to Steve, but this time showing it to him. He watched closely before saying to Steve: "He said that your eyes went dull and asks of something is wrong." I gazed at Rico thankfully.
Since we got out of this dungeon, he was the translator between me, Seto and Steve. I'm glad that he's on our side, or else we'd have massive problems.
Steve took a deep breath. "Oh... Yeah, I'm fine. I'm just thinking a little. What, if Notch tries this again, but this time someone... Dies? I don't want to lose anyone, but with this maniac, you never know. This time he might go even further than before, and I'm scared of that. What if he forces us to watch when he ruthlessly-"
I cut him off by pulling him into a soft kiss. Rico giggled before looking away, so we could have a little privacy. Steve hesitated, but soon melted into the kiss, deepening it. I smirked slightly, enjoying it.
As I broke away a few moments later, he looked deeply into my eyes. "It doesn't matter that you're mute now. You're still great at kissing." I chuckled before making a few signs with my hands which even he could understand. He blushed a lot when he understood. "W-We should get home first and make sure that you're healed up before we can think about this, Hero.", he stuttered, fully aware of what I meant. I grinned before nodding. He seemed slightly awkward as he stood up, going to Alex and asking her something. Alex nodded and took her bow, telling Seto that they'd go hunting. Seto nodded with a smile and they left. I leaned back against a birch tree, sighing.
Maybe everything will be better now.

(Rico's FoV)
(A few hours later)
We were moving again, but this time Herobrine led us. He seemingly noticed where we are, and he seemed to know the way. Somehow he looked much more confident now that this was all over.
Little did we know that nothing would be fine anymore.
Hero looked around, searching for a good tree to climb on. Once he found on, he gave us a sign to stay where we are. He then ran to a massive birch, jumping against the logs and clinging to a branch, pulling himself up. He repeated this a few times, then he was gone in a ton of leaves.
I looked around to the others. Alex was looking around with her bow in hand, Seto sat down on the floor, and Steve looked up at the tree. I took a deep breath, sitting down as well.
After almost ten minutes Hero climbed back down, looking at me a bit worried. I looked at him, tilting my head. "What's wrong, Hero?", I asked. He swallowed hard before making a few signs with his hands. I understood and immediately stood up. "Does it take long until we're at your home?", I asked sharply. Hero shook his head, holding up a three. "Three minutes?" He nodded. I turned to the others who seemed confused. "We have to go. Now. The forest us burning." Steve gasped. "WHAT?!" I nodded. "Yes. South from us. If we're quick enough, we can get there in time." Steve and Alex nodded determinedly, but Seto seemed worried. He stood up, tho, and and followed us on our way as we ran through the forest.
For his size, Herobrine sure was quick. He was smaller than Steve and yet way faster and way more nimble. I watched as he easily jumped over multiple rocks and roots, not even stumbling.
After a minute we arrived at the cave. But we couldn't jump down.
Hero backed away as he saw that the cave itself was on fire, burning down the forest around it. He growled quietly.
Steve screeched suddenly, making me look at him. A massive wall of fire suddenly came towards us. We couldn't back up because the fire was all around us now.
In fear, I took a deep breath, knowing that this will be a very slow and painful death. I already felt the heat behind me, threatening to melt the iron chestplate I was still wearing.
Something gave a loud sound as if this thing just cracked. My eyes widened and I stared at a tree that was only standing a few meters away. It fell down, ready to hit its victim.
Me.
My body didn't move at all in pure dread. Cold sweat ran over my back, despite it being extremely hot here.
Something hit me from the side, knocking me out if the way of the trees. The air left my lungs and I just heard how the tree landed on the floor with an extremely unsatisfying sound.
