my family and i buried my brother. we all stayed quiet the whole ride home.

"how are you holding up?" my dad asked me

"i think i'll be fine" i tried to smile

"i'm sorry i know how much this impacted you" he kissed my head

"i know but i'll try to make it through" i said "hey uh dad tomorrow is hayes graduation. you think you can take me?"

"of course" he said

everyone else was silent

stephanie: i'm sorry about brody

me: leave me alone please

stephanie: i'm serious i'm sorry for brody

me: well thanks i guess

"hello?" i asked

"sarah!"

"uh hey zach" i said

"how are you?"

"well i'm ok, i'm a little better" i sighed

"i just wanted to check up on you"

"thank you i'm doing fine" i said

"ok just call me again whenever you need anything please!"

"i will" i said

"ok i love you"

"i love you too" i smiled

"see you soon?"

"yea maybe in a couple of weeks so i can get my mind off some things" i said

"ok see you soon"

"see you" i said as i hung up

i got home and went inside my room and packed a few things

"are you leaving after hayes graduation?" my dad walked in

"yea, i think if i'm traveling i'm a lot more happier so maybe going back on tour or going back to modeling" i said

"SARAH SARAH LOOK AT THE MAGAZINE" anna came running into my room

she handed me the magazine and it was a vogue magazine, i was on the front cover and i looked throughout the magazine and a bunch of pictures of me were in it

"O MY GOD IM ON A COVER OF A VOGUE MAGAZINE" i screamed

"wait really" my dad took the magazine

we all hugged while i was crying happy tears. things were going to start getting better

it was almost midnight and i had to get up at 6 so i could get ready because hayes wanted us to have pictures together. i woke up at 6 and got ready, i put on a summer dress that wasn't an older woman type dress. i put on makeup and put on a necklace hayes gave me. i drove to where hayes told me to meet him

"you made it!" hayes hugged me

"yea i did!" i smiled

"so uh it's one car per family so uh you would be crammed in with my family" hayes said

"it's totally fine" i said

me and hayes took a few pictures we took some with his family and everyone just took pictures with hayes . we got into the car and i was crammed in with nash and his girlfriend in the back. we made it to the field and i sat next to his family. my brother would've graduated today too. we got through the first hour and they finally called hayes name and we all screamed for him a few more minutes have gone by.
