the baby can come any day now the baby was supposed to be due two days ago. i was cleaning up the kitchen

"hey you shouldn't be doing this" zach said

"but you aren't doing it" i said as i wiped the counter

"no go get ready for bed you aren't supposed to be doing long standing things" he said

"fine i'll go to bed" i said

"i'll sleep on the couch" he said

"no it's fine you can sleep on the bed too" i said

"ok i'll see you in a bit" he said

i grabbed my clothes and i went into the shower and i got ready for bed. i was extremely tired today. i immediately fell asleep but i also felt zach come into bed. i woke up around 2am with a bunch of pain. i got up and when i got up the pain grew stronger
"zach wake up!" i shook him awake

"what?" he groaned

"i think the baby is coming"i said

"what?" he got up

"my pain is growing stronger!" i said

"ok ok let me get the bag and we can head to the car" he got up

he put on a sweatshirt and i tried putting on my shoes but i couldn't so i just slid my slippers on and i grabbed a jacket

"come on let's go!" zach said

"ok wait up!" i said

we got to the car as quickly as possible and he drove really fast. we got to the hospital and they took me to my room in a wheelchair

"here i'm here!" zach rushed inside the room

"can you call my dad and mom" i said

"yea yea where's your phone?" he asked

"it's in my jacket" i pointed

"ok" he said

he was calling my parents while i was in pain

"so you are 10cm dilated"

"wait what??" i said

"try to relax for now and i'll bring in some nurses"

"ok i just got off the phones with your parents what did the doctors say?" he asked

"the baby is coming i'm 10cm dilated" i said

"what?" he panicked

"it's fine i'll have this over with in under an hour!" i said

"i'll be right by your side" he held my hand

the nurses came in with the doctor and they gave me some medication and they told me to begin pushing. i was pushing really hard to the point i started crying. zach was wiping my tears and holding my hand. i squeezed his hand tight

"one more push!" the doctor said

i pushed as hard as i could and it took me an hour. i heard crying. the nurses cleaned him up and i cried really hard. the nurses handed me my baby and i cried

"look at him zach" i said

zach was wiping his tears and held him

"hi baby i'm your daddy" he rocked the baby "what are we naming the baby?"

"i don't know" i said

"maybe adrian?" zach asked

"actually i like that" i smiled
