I felt lost in the world in his arms. It was a feeling of pure warmth in his arms. So warm the embrace felt that I felt saddened, about how things were between me and Seth. But for now, Chris's warmth made me feel better.

It was just 15 minutes since we'd left, and the break was for around half an hour. Chris gently woke me up.

"Bryce?"

I woke up, and asked, "Are we late?"

"No, no," he said with a chuckle. "It's been just 15 minutes since we left."

"Oh," I replied, "good."

There was a brief silence. Then we switched the scene.

"So.." he started, "about what happened earlier.. he told you that he couldn't come with you at the party.. but he went with another woman?"

"Yeah," I said, wiping my tears.

"He is a jerk to do that, you know.." he said. "That's just horrible."

"I know," I said. "Thanks. For listening."

"Anytime," he replied, with that charming smile.

We soon headed back. I felt quite cold, and Chris handed me his jacket.

"Here," he said, "you look cold."

I smiled, "Thanks," as he put it around my arms. I felt a chill when he touched me.

And soon enough, we made it. In 10 minutes.

"I think we made it," he said, as he pulled over.

We stepped out, and I was about to give him back his jacket, when he said, "No need, you can keep it. You still look quite cold you know."

I nodded with a smile. Chris Pratt certainly knows how to be a gentleman. We got in, and reached the studio.

The script reading for the bungalow scene began. This would be the first scene with me and Chris together.

We acted out the scene, and at the end, I couldn't help giggling quietly over his humourous performance.

"Thank you everyone. The shooting starts on April 10th. See you there."

As we were leaving, I gave Chris a hug.

"Thanks Chris," I said.

"No problemo,"he said with a funny Italian accent. I handed him his jacket, and soon we left.

As we left, I couldn't help thinking that something was happening inside me.

And I didn't even know how.
