The next day I woke up well. But these things happened as a collective whole. So, no special mention to the time or date. Here goes.

It was Wednesday evening, when we had been done with the shooting for the day. By this time, we were about to come halfway through the movie. I was loving it.

Me and Bryce were just chatting about trivial matters. But what bothered me was that something was bothering her.

She looked nervous, her hands shook at times, and even her face showed concerning signs.

"Bryce.. are you okay?" I asked concerned.

Before I knew it, she was wiping tears. "I'm.. I'm sorry Chris.. I'm so sorry.."

She started crying (thankfully we were in her room so no one was listening). I was shocked on the spot. What did she had to apologise for?

"Bryce.. what are you talking about?" I asked. I brought my hand to her cheek and softly caressed it. It was so wonderful.

"That day when.. I had come to your room, and we.." She couldn't go beyond.

Oh. That one.

All I said was, "Hey, Bryce.. it's okay. It wasn't your fault.. it just.. happened, you know, but you don't need to remember that. I mean, I'm sorry too that I didn't try to talk it out with you before.. I should have.. I had no idea you were still thinking about that.."

I pulled her in for the first of our many embraces. It felt as nice as the rest. She had controlled her crying, because she was soon smiling. I was glad.

"So, no need to think about that, okay?" I said, trying to comfort her. She nodded, her smile not fading away just yet.

At night though, I couldn't sleep. Or think.

All I could think of, was her.
