Author's note

Sorry I forgot to post this :/
I've had these next few saved as drafts for ages now, but anyway here you go, sorry they're late :3

Avery's P.O.V

Until now, I hadn't noticed I still had my drink in my hand. I quickly swallowed what was left, feeling it send a burning sensation down my throat.

I lean up against the counter top trying to catch my breath. Everything that was happening was sinking in.

I was at my favourite bands house, partying with them, my best friend who I thought had left me for good was right here, was I dreaming?

If not dreaming, I was definitely tipsy. I stared at the girl in the mirror. Bare flesh covered in goosebumps, shaking and cold, but confident, beautiful and happy.

I'm not even sure what time it is, but I'm not remotely tired. I guess I'll have to go home soon.

I take off my shoes to let my feet breathe, the tiled floor or the bathroom was cold against my skin.

This was all new and slightly overwhelming for me. I began to sing absentmindedly, the chorus of out of my limit, twirling around and smiling to myself.

There was a knock at the door. I open it to find Ashton leaning up against the door, arms behind his back, shaking his head.

"Was I that bad?" I giggled.

"No, you're just not allowed to sing our song better than us, also I need to pee so, if you're done..."

I blush and move out of his way.

As I walk down the hallway, still humming along to the tune, I bump into none other than Luke freaking Hemmings. Both of us being in a drunken state, fell to the floor and erupted with laughter.

"I'm so sorry" we both say.

I just laugh while he stares at me.

"Do you want to come outside and get some air?" He says to me.

"Yeah sure that would be nice." I smile as he helps me up off of the ground.

A/N

I'm sorry it's so short, but it's so important.
