As we walk down the hallway, Allison takes her heels off. I'm not sure if it's for stealth, or what, but if it makes her feel better, then okay. As we walk down the hallway near the boy's locker room, I notice Jackson. I immediately grab Allison's wrist and tug her back so that he doesn't see us. I peak around the corner and try not to audibly sigh when I see the door of the boy's locker room close. I nod towards it and Allison nods, following right behind. I reach for the door handle right as it slams open. I jump back and glare at the guy.
"You scared the hell out of me." He says, smiling when he notices Allison standing behind me. I raise an eyebrow at him, racking my brain as I try to remember his name. In my defense, we've only talked like once.
"Sorry, I wa - I was just, um, I was - nothing." Allison apologizes with a laugh, clutching her shoes to her chest. Matt just grins.
"Nice heels." He says, nodding towards the shoes in her hands. I frown at him. Is he seriously flirting with Allison right now?
"Oh! Yeah, uh, my feet were hurting, so I-" Allison lies, leaning down and putting them back on.
"Same reason I never wear mine." Matt jokes and I snort, hiding it quickly with a cough when Allison and Matt both look at me.
"What?" She says and Matt shakes his head.
"Uh, forget it. Hey, did you hear about the underground show? Apparently, they've got some big name spinning." Matt says and my eyes widen. He's seriously asking her out right now. Oh my god.
"You mean like a rave?" Ally asks and Matt chuckles.
"Oh, is it still a rave if you don't roll? I just call it a party. But hey, I got a friend who can hook us up with tickets if you're down. Want me to get you one?" He asks, completely ignoring my presence. That's okay, it's not like she'll actually say-
"Yeah, yeah great." She says, totally distracted. I look between the two of them and groan, dropping my head into my hands. Scott's gonna love this.
"Yeah? All right, cool. Um, it's Friday, so - Looking forward to it." Matt says with a smile before walking away.
"Yeah." Allison says, starting to open the door again. I grab her wrist and raise an eyebrow at her.
"You realize you just said yes to a date, right?" I ask and her eyes widen.
"Shit. Tori, why didn't you stop me?" She asks, freaking out a bit.
"I figure you'd turn him down gently! You're the nice one. If it was up to me I would've just said, 'she's not interested dude, move along'!" I whisper, throwing my hands up with exasperation. She groans and glances back at Matt before looking at the door again.
"Let's just get this over with and deal with that situation later." She says. I open my mouth to argue, but a gagging sound from inside the locker room catches my attention. I push the door open and walk in, Allison right beside me.
"Jackson?" I call out, glancing around the room.
"In here." He calls from the shower area. I look at Allison, but she just shrugs before nudging me along. I walk around the corner and shriek in surprise at Jackson's naked body.
"Dude, what the hell?" I ask, whipping back around the wall and trying desperately to burn the mental image out of my mind.
"You could have warned us." Allison adds, frowning at me. This is definitely odd behavior.
"You two are the ones that walked into the boy's locker room." He says, and I hear the water turn off. Please have a towel in there, please have a towel in there.
"I thought I heard-" I start to say, the gagging sound still stuck in my mind. "Forget it." I say, grabbing Allison's wrist and nodding towards the door.
"Did you wanna talk about something?" He asks, walking around and standing in front of both of us. Pretty sure he didn't have a towel in there.
"We can talk later." Allison says, trying to pull me towards the door. Jackson slams his hand onto the wall next to Allison's head, glaring at both of us.
"No. Let's talk now." He insists. I stare at him, actually terrified of him. Normally, Jackson wouldn't scare me. But he's obviously not in his right mind set and he also has the powers of the freaking kanima. So basically, we're screwed.
"I-I-I have to get to cl-" Allison stutters.
"Oh, no, no, you don't." Jackson chuckles darkly, leaning in closer to Allison. "No, you have perfect grades. You can skip one class. As for Tori, I don't really think she gives a shit about her grades. Are you okay? Your heart's beating like crazy."
"Jackson, back off." I say, trying to sound strong. I have no idea how to best the kanima. None. Allison manages to move so that she's away from Jackson. He moves towards her and I immediately rush over so that I'm between the two.
"I thought you wanted to talk." He says, his gaze stuck behind me.
"We changed our minds, Jackson. Now just back off." I warn, seriously thinking about pulling out the knife from my boot. Though, I'm not sure how effective it'll be against Jackson.
"You sure? Because you look a little stressed." He says, stalking towards us. I back up, knowing Allison is too. "Is it Scott? Is it that whole thing? I still can't believe you actually think your little Romeo and Juliet story is gonna last. You know he's eventually just gonna run to Derek and join up with him and his little wolf pack. If you don't realize that, then you gotta be the stupidest bitch in this town. Well, other than Scott since he's a pretty stupid bitch himself." Jackson taunts, continuing to stalk towards us.
"Stop, just stop!" Allison begs, and I don't have to see her to know she's crying. He turns and looks at me, his grin turning even crueler.
"What are you gonna do, Tori, when the Argents turn on you? Everything they ask you to do, you mess up. You fail. You've failed at everything since you got here. You can't even get that spaz to notice you for more than five minutes." Jackson taunts, and I feel the tears stinging my eyes. "And now your brothers, don't think everyone hasn't noticed. How they never pick you up or drop you off anymore. How you never talk about them and they're never seen in town. They must have just left you. It's not like they need you. You're just dead weight." By this point, I'm up against the wall, Allison standing right next to me. Jackson touches my neck, his claws out.
"Go to hell." I hiss out, grabbing his arm and pulling him down, trying to use his weight against him. I slip on some of the water on the floor and end up falling flat on the ground with Jackson hovering over me. Not a position I want to be in. He huffs, his eyes widening as he looks at me. He pushes himself off and Allison rushes over, helping me sit up as she sits on the ground next to me, grabbing my hand to give me comfort, both of us staring at Jackson.
"Tori?" He says, looking confused. He glances between me and Allison.
"What are you guys doing here?" He jumps up and starts putting shorts on, and the door swings open. Scott looks between Jackson and me and Allison, the two of us squished next to each other as we try to breathe.
"I-I'm fine." Allison says shakily. Noticing the murderous look on Scott's face, she shakes her head. "Scott, I'm fine. Scott!" She yells as Scott shoves Jackson into the row of lockers. Half of the row falls down and Jackson shakes, glaring at Scott.
"I have a restraining order." He yells and Scott's eyes narrow.
"Trust me, I restrained myself." He says. Jackson jumps up and rushes at Scott, throwing him against one of the racks. I jump up, backing away from the fight. I really don't feel like getting between an angry werewolf and an angry kanima. Seems kind of like a death wish. Scott rushes back at Jackson and shoves him before Jackson grabs him and throws him into the shower area. The grunting of fighting continues until Jackson walks away from the showers with a smirk on his face. My eyes widen as Scott launches himself over the shower wall and knocks Jackson to the ground. They continue fighting and my eyes widen at the damage. This is not going to be easy to explain. Jackson grabs Scott and throws him against the sinks, breaking one of them and causing the floor to flood with water.
"What are we supposed to do?" Allison asks, her eyes wide as the fighting continues.
"I have no freaking clue." I say, watching them closely. I gasp as Jackson throws Scott out of the locker room, instantly jumping on him. Allison and I rush out after them and I frown at Erica holding Jackson still while Stiles struggles with Scott.
"What the hell's going on?" I hear Harris yell. Well shit. He rushes down the hall and immediately starts yelling. "Hey! Enough! Enough. What do you idiots think you're doing? Jackson! Calm down! Mr. McCall, you wanna explain yourself? Stilinski!"
"You dropped this." The guy from earlier who asked Allison out whose name I can't remember, says, holding up Allison's tablet. I scoff and roll my eyes at him. So not the time dude.
"You and you-" Harris starts, pointing at Scott and Jackson. "Actually, all of you. Detention. Three o'clock." He says, spinning in a circle and pointing at all of us. Even random kid whose name is unimportant. This should be fun.
