Emilia POV

The sound of a door opened and light spilled onto my face. I slowly opened my eyelids and could see a figure standing in the doorway. She had the perfect blonde hair that reached her shoulders. It was mostly straight except for the front parts that fell around her face, those were slightly wavy. Her skin was a little bit pale, almost as if she had seen a ghost. Her bright emerald green eyes shined straight into mine and I saw fear in hers. She was wearing a purple tank top with purple pajama pants that had white polka dots. She could only be about three feet and ten inches tall. She was four after all. I noticed that she was slightly shaking, and I couldn't tell if that was from fear, or from the coldness of the room.

I smiled when I noticed who it was.

My favorite girl in the whole world.

"Emi? Are you awake?" Her voice was soft and shook slightly with fear.

"I'm awake baby girl. What's wrong?" I asked her. My voice sounded a lot younger than it was now.

"I-I had a bad dream." She looked around quickly, as if to make sure the dream was no where near.

I pulled myself out of my bed and walked over to her. I lifted her up into my arms and spoke. "Don't worry, they're gone now. You scared them off." I didn't know what else to tell her, so I just said the first thing that came into my mind.

I walked over to my bed and laid her down in it. I then walked downstairs and got her favorite drink, milk. I poured some into a cup then brought it up for her. She drank down faster than you could say amazing. I walked to the other side and got in to my bed as well. I was half way asleep when I felt her grab my hand and hold it with both of hers.

I jolted up gasping for air. I could feel a little bit of sweat on my forehead. I got up and walked over to my suitcase. I found my phone and checked the time. It was 5 in the morning. I slipped on a pair of basketball shorts and a light green tank top. I pulled up my hair into a ponytail and did the only thing I knew to do.

I did thirty push ups without any breaks. Amazing huh? I've done so many push ups when I wake up from a nightmare, that was the only way to clear my mind of them. After I finished with those, I did 100 sit ups also. Once I was done with those I went over to take a cold shower. This was also how I cleared my mind.

I put on a graphic T-Shirt that slung off one of my shoulders. I changed out of my basketball shorts and put on my jean shorts that were only a couple of inches longer than booty shorts. I grabbed my shoes and pulled them on. I brushed my hair, pulled it up into a ponytail, and brushed my teeth.

I walked to the kitchen and noticed that it was only 6. I took an apple and grabbed my Ipod. I turned it on and turned it up. I finished my apple and walked back to my room. I went over to the balcony and looked out over it. I turned off my Ipod and tried to listen to the sound of the waves. It had a pattern, one wave...two wave...three wave, then the pattern would break. I tried to count to see if it could get over three in a steady pattern. The highest I got was four.

I glanced at the clock and noticed that it was 8, I've been standing out here for two hours! I walked out, shutting the door to the balcony behind me. I put my headphones in and turned on my Ipod. Crank It Up by Ashley Tisdale was on.

I walked out of the hotel room and out of the hotel. I walked to the skate park, I didn't have my board, but that doesn't mean that I didn't get to watch.

Lucas POV

"Care to explain this Lucas?" My mom shouted at me. She was holding a magazine whose head line read 'Lucas Gray Hater' in big, bold, black letters. The picture was as clear as day to. It was Emilia and me, she wore a look of hatred on her face. I didn't even know that it was possible for cameras to catch that.
