Catallina's POV.

We finally reached Mexico, while Leo was back to his usual ways and barely speaking or glancing at me. It was work obviously and since am not clingy I didn't blow him with questions.

Back in the plane, when we were still cruising in midair, I managed to FaceTime my best friend Sophia. She seemed so excited that she couldn't text me any longer. I had to excuse myself and talk to her more in the bedroom suite that was on the plane.

Boy it has been long since we spoke.

"Hey baby girl.... Gosh, I fucking miss you." She starts off the chat.

"Hey darling... I missed you more than you can imagine. How are you doing? Which country of this world are you in this time? Hope you are taking care of yourself out there." I asked knowing she's not done with the 'travel all around the world' phase. A part of me envied her though. Traveling the way she does has always been in my bucket list.

"Am doing great... I was in UAE recently... Am telling you... Arabic Men are the hottest men in the planet and I had a really hard time moving from there. But I decided to move after something that came up... It's a long story that I will tell you soon. Besides, I have better news... Guess who is in Mexico?" She spoke in a high pitched voice and I knew... I will be reunited with my soul sister.

"No fucking way. You are in Mexico right now? You serious?" I can't believe it. The last time we saw each other was when we were in Alaska. When I was last with...

"Yes... Am actually in Bogota, I bought an apartment like a week ago and wanted to surprise you when I have finally settled in." She squealed and let one of her weird laughs.

"I am so overwhelmed... I will surely visit you this week. I really missed your flat ass." We both laughed as I called her the nickname I always have her. While she would call me "carrot" or "ginger" sometimes "redhead Latino" I was totally ok with it because it's only her who gets to call me those names.

"And I have missed you too ginger head. So how is your Mr. Ruthless Billionaire? Did he propose yet?" She asked as she started admiring her toe nails then filing them.

"He is good... More than good. Let's just say I had the most spectacular moments in my entire life with him. I can't wait to see you and talk more." I said dreamingly... He has surely done a lot... Has it been only 2 months? It felt like I met him yesterday but also a very long time.

"Stop day dreaming... Am still here you know." She broke me out of the trance and laughed when I couldn't defend myself.

"Fuck off." We continued laughing and talked more about the Arabic hot man Sarah has taken an interest on. We spoke about our past, things we did, things we never did and soon enough we ended the call and I slept the whole time until we landed. I woke up only to find myself sat in the  car... well more of... on Leo's lap as my head rested on his chest.

"You finally woke up my angel." I kissed him on his neck and stared at him.

"You could have woke me up you know." I smiled referring to him carrying me from the plane. I might have been knocked out like a log. I simply stared at him as he locked his eyes on mine.

Goddamn those sexy blue eyes.

"And wake you up when you have that angelic face when you sleep? Never." He mirrored my smile as I stared at his lips as he stared at mine then went back to my eyes, with no warning he kissed me with passion when his lips met mine and we did this for the longest time.
