Third Person's POV

Masaya ang mga nagdaang araw sa buhay nina Francis at Kate. Despite being in the office, Francis was surely making time to be with his family. He needed to juggle multiple projects at the same time. Katwiran kase niya, he has to do good dahil sa future din naman ng anak niya ang lahat ng ginagawa niya ngayon. After all, siya din naman ang magmamana ng lahat ng negosyo nila. Isa pa, maraming tao ang nakasalalay as to how he is running the business.

If you will sum up the time, their arrangement is only up to two years. If no progress at all then they have to nullify their marriage.

Since Francis does not want to keep secrets from his wife, he chose to tell her about Vannie's participation with one of their compant projects. It was very fortunate as well that Kate was considerate and understanding. Hindi niya ginawang issue ang pakikipag trabaho ng asawa sa ex-girlfriend nito.

Kate POV
I know that many days have passed and we are doing good. Since we are now okay, we started discussinv about our future. Francis and I decided to have another baby after Baby LM turns one. Hindi na rin kase kami bumabata. Lalo na ako. In time that I would age, mas mahihirapan ako makapag conceive ng baby ulit. Two months from now, our unico hijo will turn one. Francis wants to have grand celebration so he could invite his business friends pero I suggested to make it simple yet intimate. Family members lang and selected few from both of our sides. Kahit na may budget, I told him hindi praktikal na gumastos ng ganun kalaki and yet our baby will not understand the celebration yet. Pag mas malaki na siya siguro at mas alam na niya ang nagyayari then that's the time that he could have a big celebration. Mabuti nalang at pumayag si Francis. At first, ayaw niyang pumayag na small gathering lang dahil ang katwiran niya ay first birthday ito at only son pa. But in the end, napapayag rin ni Kate ang asawa.

One month later...

Kate decided to call the expected relative guests for her son's first birthday.

Calling Dad (Francis' father)

Ring ring ring.. 📱

"Hello, Dad. Good afternoon. Kamusta po kayo?" tanong ni Kate sa biyenan.

"Okay naman. Busy sa office as usual."Napatawag ka?" balik na tanong nito sa kanya.

"Mabuti naman po. Dad, next month 1st birthday na po ng apo niyo. Sana makapunta po kayo ni Mom. Small gathering lang po. Tayo-tayo lang po. " imbita ni Kate sa biyenan.

"Sige, I'll save the date. Text me the details, Kate."

"Yes, Dad. Thank you po. Ingat po kayo."

"Thank you, Kate. "

"By the way, speaking of which, gusto ko sana magkausap tayo."

"About saan po, Dad? "

"Sa annulment niyo."

Laking gulat ni Kate sa narinig mula sa biyenan nito. Yes, hindi inasahan na babanggitin ng biyenan ang tungkol sa annulment without Francis.
