Harper
The doctor performed several tests on me, I was just getting frustrated after each question he asked. I had no idea  what he was talking about. I didnt remember a thing. I knew my name was Harper as both the doctor and that man called me it, the doctor also informed me I was 19 and that I'd been unconscious for two weeks. He also told me how James, who I presumed was the man, had been here every single day waiting for me too wake up.
I looked out of the glass window to see James talking to another man.  I wonder who he is.
Both james and the man turned and looked straight at me through the glass. I gulped feeling like I had been caught doing something I shouldn't have been doing.
They  both then walked in. The man was carrying something which seemed to be way to big. "Harper " the man said excitedly. I guess he was another friend. "Hi" I say not knowing what else to actually say to him. "I'm max, this is for you. I saw it and I knew I had to get it you, it's a giant bear" the man said. So his name was max. The giant bear was massive and he set it down in the corner of the room. I notice James was just watching me, it seemed weird. "Are you gonna keep staring or are you gonna speak" I ask him and he chuckles. "How u feeling" he asks and I didnt know how to respond. Clearly these two men were important too me  but I couldn't figure out how. James was apparently a good friend but he seemed sad when he said good friend.  Was he lying? Maybe he just had to say that? Maybe we arent friends at all?
"Hey what's going through that head of yours" max asked knocking me from my thoughts. "I'm just confused" I tell him. "Maybe we can help clear things up" max says , again he was sad.
"Are we friends" I ask max and he looks hesitant.  "You're actually my sister" he says.
What!
No I don't even remember having a family. But then again I dont remember anything. "I..I have a brother" I say cautiously and he nodded. "Yes" he smiled which made me smile. I noticed James looking upset and something about that made me upset. I knew from that moment I didnt like seeing him like that.
"Do you remember anything like even from your childhood" james suddenly asked.
I thought about it. It was hard but little memories came back. I must have been about 4 years old and as I tried harder to reach the memory I soon saw a little girl and boy running around in the park.

"Harper come on" the boy shouted whilst the girl laughed as she run. "I'm coming maccy" she shouted with laughter. As she ran after the boy she stopped suddenly realizing he was nowhere to be seen "mac" she shouted   repeatedly. "Boo" she turned and screamed out of fright but soon calmed once she saw it was her brother. "Dont do that again" she said and pushed him. "Aww come here my little cupcake" he laughed at the nickname he had just thought of on the spot. She scrunched up her face, clearly she wasnt keen. "I dont like that" she said causing him to laugh more. She giggled and soon they both were laughing so much that they cried.
"Kids"
The laughter stopped as both children looked to their right and saw their parents calling them.

I blinked and the memory faded.  "I remember something, I must have been about 4 and we were playing at the park, you called me 'my little cupcake' and we started laughing." I say directing it at max. He laughed in response "one of my favourite memories with you" he says and I nod. It was a happy memory but something told me I had very few of those.
