"My heart swells like a water at work

Can't stop myself before it's too late

Hold on to your heart

'Cause I'm coming to take it

Hold on to your heart

'Cause I'm coming to break it"

Middleham Castle, 1461.

"I will wait for you" those few words had sent Edwards mind blazing in a case of deja vu.

Smiling in relief of her acceptance, he took her hand once more and placed a gentle kiss before sitting back down at the head of the table.

Alyssia couldn't contain her smile, she had never felt this way for anyone before. As much as it scared her it also filled her soul with happiness.

Composing herself she turned to Edward and curtseyed before leaving the hall all together.

Alyssia felt her feet were skipping steps which caused her to feel like she was walking on air.

"Duchess!" Alyssia sharply turned around startled; as her hair whipped against her face.

"Lord duke of Clarence. What can I do for you?" She said curtseying.

Since she briefly met George she could feel something off radiating from him. Not to say that what she read in the history books was more than enough for her to be put off by him. But since she was little her mother taught her that you should never judge a book but its cover, now she lives by these words.

"I was hoping to ask you to dance. You looked perfectly radiant dancing with my brother the king." George trailed out.

"The king is an extremely good dancer, which I confess it is not what I expected." She blushed.

As soon as Alyssia spoke about the king George could see her eyes light up. He didn't like it, not one bit. "Yes my brother is just full of surprises. So how about that dance?" He extended his hand for her to take.

"Forgive me duke however, I feel rather dizzy. I fear my wine intake for the night is a little too much than what I normally consume.  To tell you the truth I feel that if I should spin again this evening I may just empty the content of tonight's dinner on my companions shoes." She smiled innocently, pressing the palm of her hand on her stomach.
