"If the crown fits

When the sword lifts

Stay on guard

Don't lay your weapons down

As the song lilts

And the world tilts

Stay on guard, don't lay your weapons down"

Middleham Castle, 1469

3 Years later.

The halls of Middleham castle were illuminated by the sunshine. It had been three years since the birth of Prince Edmund who was now three yearly old. With each passing year Alyssia was astonished just how quickly her baby boy grew.

But the sad truth was daunting around Alyssia's heart. Her Edmund would no longer be her baby forever and he was growing up too fast for her liking.

However, the royal couple had been blessed by god. Through the past three years Alyssia gave birth to two more boys, Edward after his father and her newborn baby little Henry.

"Edmund, would you hold Edward?" The oldest prince halted rushing through the halls of his home as he heard his mother request. Taking small steps he stubbled towards his younger brother taking his hand with a smile upon his face.

"Thank you my love." Alyssia ran quicker to catch them up as they were making way to the courtyard in order to join Edward to visit their kingdom with their three sons.

It was ironic when little Henry was born Cecily marvelled at the three sons. They will follow their father and uncles the second pair of 'three sons of York' she said.

"Of you go now hold you brother hand and get comfortable." Alyssia smiled as she watched her sons get into the carriage with the help of Cassandra.

"Your grace." The footman bowed as he held the door open for Alyssia to get in.

"Mama where are we going?" Edmund asked curiously.

Kissing little Henry on his forehead after she managed to lull him to sleep she smiled to her eldest before replying "We are riding you join your father in Cornwall. And then we will survey the kingdom together."
