§Morgana Acampora§
"I really missed that," his index finger tickled my right arm.
My eyes looked out the window letting in the afternoon sun "Maybe I should've stayed here, with you," I gazed up at him.
"I told you to, mon coeur," his eyes fell on me as he smiled. "We would've moved into the house by the vineyards, you could've been whoever you wanted and we could've had little babies running around grape bushes."
"Grape bushes," I chuckled, placing my right hand on his stomach. "What of your other girls? Do you tell them the same?"
"I could never make such promises to somebody I don't deeply love," he caressed my cheek with his knuckles.
"You always fall for a day or two, Theo but it never lasts," my lips gently connected with his.
"Maybe one day it'll be forever," he whispered, gently pulling me on top of him. "Maybe one day the ring around this finger," Theo took my left hand and placed a soft peck on my engagement ring "will have my name engraved on it."
"Your dreams are wild and grand," he's so beautiful; staring at him makes me want to cry because I don't know when I'll see him again.
"You once told me to dream for you and myself," he placed my hand on his cheek. "Please, stay a little longer."
"I can't Theo; my fiancé is waiting for me."
The man under me grinned as his hands gripped my waist "I remember a time when I was your fiancé."
My cheeks turned a deep shade of red at the memory "That was a drunken mistake."
"We were only married for three weeks," he chuckled. "You kept half of my heart like a good ex-wife."
"You had to be fucking French," I told, making us both chuckle. "I do love you, Theo. You're the closest thing to a boyfriend that I'll ever experience."
"When we are old and I need viagra to have an erection, you'll come running to me and I'll confess to you every single word of love and devotion that exists," Theo cupped my face and pulled me down, gently; he pecked my lips "I love you, mon coeur."
He helped me get dressed after stopping him from kissing every inch of my body which I was truly enjoying but Cassian texted a few hours ago, telling me to meet him at some restaurant so we can have a romantic dinner before leaving to go back to Berlin. The business meeting apparently went well and he said we will celebrate in private...
"Send me your address," he said as we stood by the door.
"Why?" my thumb caressed his chin.
Both of his arms laced around my waist to pull me close "Because I'm going to write you love letters."
"Don't make promises you won't keep, baby," I stood on my toes to connect our lips. "Say hi to Henry for me," I stepped away and turned around to walk down the steps with my jaw clenched and tears pooling my eyes.
As soon as I stepped out of the building, I felt like I couldn't breathe, keeping the sobs in hurt the back of my throat and my legs were barely able to stay straight.
Will I always feel like love is in front of me but am unable to reach it? Will I slowly die sacrificing every bit of me to win the smallest amount of affection from my parents? All I want in this world is love and that is not a crime, yet I am treated like a prisoner; bend to everybody's will.

"She can barely keep her balance, Eva," I growled as she gripped my arm tightly. "She needs help."
