The next morning the three mates woke up with smiles on their faces, they where going to stay together but Hyunjin still had to tell his pack about his decision. With a heavy heart Hyunjin got dressed to go down to breakfast. When all three where dressed they headed out of the bedroom hand in hand. As they walked down the stairs Hyunjin felt anxiety start to creep up but San and Yeosang squeezed his hands reassuringly, helping ground him.
Once they walked into the kitchen all eyes where on the, everyone had confused expressions except for Seonghwa. The three mates went to their usual seats and grabbed their breakfast. "Are you ready to go Hyunjin?" Chan asked breaking the silence that engulfed the two packs after the three mates arrival. "A-actually about that" Hyunjin stuttered. San grabbed Hyunjin's hand to try and give him some strength. The others saw this and wondered what was going on, Seonghwa though understood that Hyunjin had finally made his decision. "I w-want to stay here with my mates" Hyunjin finally tells. "Your mates?" Chan questioned. "Yes, my mates. San and Yeosang" everyone was shocked. "I'm glad you finally decided" Seonghwa said giving Hyunjin a warm smile. "Wait... Seonghwa you knew?" Hongjoong questioned his mate. Seonghwa nodded. "Yeosang can't keep secrets from me even if his life depended on it" Seonghwa laughed light heartily. "Is this what you want Hyunjin? to stay with them" Chan asks to make sure he has Hyunjin's final answer. Hyunjin nods "Yes, this is where I want to be". "Very well" Chan declared. He then got up and so did the rest of his pack except for Hyunjin. They then headed for the door and walked out with ATEEZ and Hyunjin behind them to bid goodbye. Hyunjin then proceeded to give his old pack all hugs and even give baby Jaemin a kiss on the forehead. Then lastly it was Chan. "I wish you happiness" Chan says to the younger as he hugs him. "Thank you" the thank you having almost a million different meanings. "We'll be back to visit after Seungmin gives birth and the baby's are a bit stronger" Chan says. Hyunjin nods and smiles thinking already about meeting the twins. "We better be off then, thank you Hongjoong for your hospitality" Chan turns to Hongjoong "Of course, you are always welcome here" and with that the Stray Kid's pack leaves. Hyunjin doesn't move until he couldn't see them anymore.
One month later the Stray Kids pack came back to visit Hyunjin. Chan and Seungmin ended up having twin boys who they named Kunhang and Jeno, Jongho and Wooyoung also ended up getting pregnant expecting a baby in 8 months. Thing's couldn't have seemed more perfect for Hyunjin for he still saw his old pack but got to stay with his mates.
