CHAPTER 95

PART 1

ASR: Nani took care of me very well but being a child I had never had any share of happiness seeing my mom and dad drifting apart and my dad's affairs and mom hiding her sorrow from all and not going to work just because my dad didn't want it was all i had as a part of my childhood.I love Nani but I was scared to express it to her thinking that even she would stop loving me and when I met Vidyut & I became friends with him as we both studied in same school but I thought him as a friend but i didn't know he didn't consider me as one.

Arnav sighs and looks at Khushi from lying on her lap...

ASR: I was always in to studies or in my own thoughts Khushi I had lost faith in marriage and love or families so it is very difficult for me to accept everything suddenly. For so many years my family was only Nani and Anjali di would come sometimes and as they know me well I behave the way how I feel right...this is the first time I am facing so many people and getting related to so many people after getting married to you...I don't know how to speak considering relations as I have to still learn about it.

Khushi(sadly):I am sorry Arnav I didn't know that you had so much pain hidden in you...I just thought about my own issues ....

ASR: No Khushi....nothing like that no one would appreciate their parents getting insulted like you..its not your fault..I just wanted you to know why I am like this and its new for me!

Khushi(smiles):I understand....Arnav...

ASR(softly):Khushi what is the reason that you get nightmares and panic attack??

Khushi stiffened listening to Arnav and starts feeling uncomfortable...which Arnav sensed and got up and came to sitting position and held her hand in his

ASR(softly):I know you are still not ready to share these things with me but trust me I can't see you getting nightmares and getting panic attacks ,as far as I know you were not like this before then what happened suddenly that you changed so much Khushi??

Khushi(fumbling):I....don't know what to tell....its late lets go to sleep...

Khushi gets up from the place and starts to go inside when Arnav holds her hand from behind....Khushi stops without looking back...knowing what Arnav wanted to know.....

ASR(softly):Are you sure Khushi...you have nothing to tell??

Khushi(softly):Yes....

Arnav frees her hand and then she leaves and goes inside the house..seeing her retreating figure Arnav calls a number...

ON CALL

ASR: Aman.....Fix an appointment with DR SARITA tomorrow morning at 10.00 A.M. Tell her its urgent.

Arnav ends the call

ASR(thinking):I know Khushi so many things are bothering you and I can't wait anymore for you to share your fears and problems whatever it is I will solve the problems one by one...and this is the first step towards it.

With that Arnav walks inside the house....

Khushi standing in the balcony of their bedroom....

Khushi(thinking):I know Arnav you want to know about my past and you are right too but I don't know how you will react with me or with my family after knowing the entire truth...you still have not forgiven your dad and mom for whatever they had done to you I don't want my past to be added in that list...whatever it is it will be inside me...I will make sure of that...

Arnav comes inside and sees Khushi lost in thoughts...

ASR(softly):Khushi...its late I think we should sleep....

Khushi: Hmmmm

With that both lie on their sides lost in thoughts of their own when Arnav pulls Khushi to himself surprising her and making her smile at the same time and closes her eyes to fall asleep. Arnav sees her sleeping peacefully and promises himself that he will set every thing alright!!

Next morning both Arnav and Khushi got up at 7.00 A.M and went back to RM as Arnav had office today and he had his food and meds and Khushi helped him to get ready and left RM....

Arnav asked driver to go to the hospital where DR SARITA was a psychiatrist...

The nurse led him inside DR'S cabin as soon she had got to know that ASR had come to meet DR that too with prior appointment....

Sarita was sitting in her cabin and was surprised when she had got call from his PA yesterday night for the appointment for great ASR....she smiled warmly at him ...

Dr Sarita: Hello...MR RAIZADA..

ASR(softly):Hello...doctor...

Dr Sarita: How can I help you Mr Raizada??

ASR : As you know Khushi my wife is your patient I wanted to know about her so...

Dr Sarita(surprised):OH!! Please tell me what you wanted to know..??

ASR :I wanted to know the reason for her nightmares and panic attacks...

Dr Sarita(sighs): Honestly Khushi has never told me anything completely even though I tried a lot she is not ready to open up and being a doctor I can't force her so I had suggested her to get treated under hypnotism as we could solve her problem but she has not agreed to that also...only thing I know is she was not happy with a previous marriage and she was not comfortable with her ex husband that is all..but I am sure there is something else that is bothering her...

ASR : (confused)but what were you saying like hypnotism??

Dr Sarita: Hypnotism is a kind of treatment where we make patients to tell their innermost fears or pains which they won't tell in their conscious state here we hypnotize them and speak with their subconscious mind which will open up without any inhibitions and lets it all go which they haven't shared till anyone now..!!

ASR : Can you do that on Khushi??I mean she doesn't share anything with anyone!!And she is getting panic attacks and nightmares for which the reason even she doesn't tell properly...

Dr Sarita: I wish I could do that MR RAIZADA but there is a rule that person has to agree and sign some documents who will undergo this session...and I don't think Khushi would agree for this!!

ASR : Hmmm...doctor I need a help from you..just tell Khushi that you want to meet her tomorrow and convince her to get the hypnotism done somehow and let her all fears and pain out and once she agrees I will be there in the room once she is undergoing the process as I want to know why she is behaving so...

Dr Sarita: I understand you concern MR Raizada but I can't cheat Khushi like this..we keep all the details about patients confidential...

ASR (sternly):But I am her husband what is there confidential between her and me... and its of no use if she lets it all out someone has to know what is the reason behind it and what can be done to get her out of it and I don't think you are not going against her instead helping her!

Dr Sarita: Okay!!..I will call her today and tell her to meet tomorrow but I cant guarantee you but I will try convincing her for this process...

ASR :Thank you..that will be great!! I will give a call for you tomorrow..

Dr Sarita: Sure...

With that Arnav leaves from there and asks driver to move towards AR thinking...

Just few hours Khushi I will know what is bothering you and will put end to all your pains and sufferings...I know I should not have hidden this thing from you but you have given me no other choice as I can't see you suffering anymore...With that he reaches AR and gets busy with his work...
