CHAPTER 72

Khushi sat in the driver seat and Arnav sat next to her seeing her confused behaviour....

Khushi:(sternly)Seatbelts...

Arnav came out of his thoughts when Khushi told him about his seatbelts..

If Arnav had thought Khushi would drive very slowly and smoothly then he was very much wrong because within 5 minutes Khushi starts her harsh driving and almost had skipped 2 signals ,for the first time Arnav was scared of someone else driving other than his...but chose to stay silent not to distract her during driving..but when she again increased her speed on road he could  not just sit simply....

ASR(horrified):Khushi what are you doing??You will get both us killed!!Control yourself.... !!

But Khushi paid no attention to him or his words and within 10 minutes they reached RM all thanks to Khushi’s driving...she got down after parking the car and went straight to RM leaving Arnav fuming for her behaviour...

Arnav marched to his room with his temper rising with each step he took and went to his room and found Khushi removing her jewels standing in front of the mirror  he went and harshly pulled her by her arms which made her come crashing on his chest....

ASR(shouting):What was that??How dare you ignore me??I have been telling you to slow down what if something happened because of driving....Answer me Khushi....

Khushi freed herself from his hold forcibly and turned to opposite side with her back facing him making him still more furious....He again held her by her arms and made her look at him 

ASR(sternly):Don’t walk away when I am speaking to you...can’t you control yourself knowing your handling the wheel  Khushi??what is wrong with you??

Khushi(sternly):How much did you control your anger Arnav tell me...I was telling you repeatedly  like how you were telling me to control my anger  and to stop but you and your loyal PA went on till you were not satisfied...

ASR:but....

Khushi:(sternly)Don’t...hear me out completely if you had given her hearing about women going to work I would have not felt bad but you went on to the next step giving the details of her son’s marriage...what was the need Arnav??

ASR:(angrily)But what you want me to do sit and watch you getting insulted...??

Khushi(sighs):Arnav I agree you defended me there..but every time there is no need to prove you are right just because you are..!!people will think whatever they want itself....and just think what affect will it leave on their relationship between mother and son, between the brothers, Dad and son..who knows in what situation he might have taken that decision..you shouldn’t have taken his right  away from him to inform about his marriage to his parents...it’s not easy for them to digest such news...being parents however they may be they would have lots of expectations from their children..you  just shattered all in your rage Arnav...!!

ASR(guilty):Khushi.....

Khushi(sadly):Wait Arnav....Akriti was only the close friend I had she was there with me giving all the emotional support when I had to face so many things in my life...I didn’t want me or my husband responsible for any problem in her life....I feel guilty because the girl who had been there with me all the while my presence at the function created so much problems for her....
