Danny Wood: Love of a Lifetime.

The next Day Amy woke up to a beautiful morning. She couldn't believe that today was the day she was going out on an all Day date with Danny Wood..this is something she only dreamed of for as long as she could remember and now, finally it was coming true. Amy hopped in the shower and was humming a song, then got out and dressed into something nice but not fancy and left her hair down and did her make up. She put a few things in her purse so she could freshen up later if needed. She went into the kitchen to make some coffee. She was in dreamland when Miranda's voice broke through. 'Earth to Amy, Are you still on this planet? Miranda waved her hand in front of Amy's face. "Hmmm.... what? What did you say? "Amy asked her. " I asked you what your plans were for today. "Miranda repeated."Oh..Uh just so happens that a certain dark haired, extremely handsome New Kid called me late last night and asked me to go on an all day Date with him. And of course I accepted." Amy told her. " I thought they had to go to another city? Miranda asked."They did but they don't actually have to be there till tomorrow for their concert so Danny and Donnie both stayed in town here in a hotel while the other guys went on ahead.So I guess that means that Donnie might be needing some company, so you might want to see what he is up to today as well."Amy smiled and hinted to Miranda." I gotta call Danny soon anyway, He asked me to call him once I was up and around." Miranda thought about what Amy said, and she remembered her and Donnie exchanged numbers as well. She seriously did think about giving him a call. Meanwhile at the hotel Danny woke up and looked at the time, he smiled to himself he hoped the lovely Amy would be calling him soon so they could start their day together. Donnie who was in the same room as Danny's looked up from the other bed. "Hey man, today you got anything planned? Donnie asked." Yeah, remember I told you I am having an all day date with Amy? " Donnie shook his head." Oh shit that's right.... you think Miranda would want to hang out with me for a little bit?  Danny laughed."Oh, so you are getting attached to Miranda? Wouldn't it be great if we both hit it off with them then maybe, just maybe we could call them our girlfriends." Donnie grinned and wiggled his eyebrows." Yeah man then just think of all the fun we could have with them then."  Danny snickered and threw a pillow at Donnie." You horny toad... is that all you think about? " "Hey man I am a man and you can't say you don't think about it."  Donnie replied." Nope, you're right I do think about it...I think about it alot... but I'm not trying to go there yet... I want this to be perfect and I won't ruin it by trying to jump in the sack to fast. " Danny confided. "Anyway, I need to get up and take my shower so that I can get ready for the date. Hopefully Amy won't call till i get out."  Danny said getting out of bed and stretching then grabbing his clothes out of his suitcase." What no workout today man? Donnie asked perplexed."Nah man, I am actually skipping it today and if nothing else I can get it done after I take Amy back home tonight or I will do a double workout tomorrow."Danny said heading to the shower. Amy  and Miranda were talking.."So anyway, I better give Danny a call and see what time he wants to go do this." Amy said picking up the phone and dialing the number and waiting for someone to pick up."Hmmm.... went to voicemail maybe I will try again soon." Amy told Miranda. " Yeah maybe he is doing his work out or showering or something." Miranda told her as she pulled out her phone. Her phone went off as she got it out. She looked at the message and it was from Donnie asking her if she would like to hang out with him today."Well, looks like my day is gonna get better to, Donnie just texted me and asked if I would like to spend the day with him.So I am gonna text him back yes." Miranda said happily as she had a spring in her step.Amy laughed and shook her head. Danny finally got out of the shower and saw he had a missed call on his phone from Amy. He laughed." See dude what did I tell you? I told you she would call while I was in the shower and I was right." Danny picked up the phone while wiping his hair with the towel. He dialed Amy's number and waited for her to pick up. Amy looked at her phone and smiled." Good Morning, how was your night?' Amy asked with a smile in her voice." It was nice cause I thought of you all night and about our date today, are you about ready to go I just need to get dressed and I will be on my way. I'm sorry I missed your call before I was in the shower." Danny said apologetically." No that's fine, Miranda said you probably were.... she guessed it, Anyway I am for sure ready when you are... Do you want me to pick you up... WE can use my car so you don't have to rent one."Amy told him." Ok sure, but I don't mind renting one if need be." Danny told her."Nope don't give it another thought I trust you to drive mine. So what hotel are you at and I can come over there and get you? " Danny smiled.."Ok, that's great and I am at  Marriott on 4th street." Amy grinned ok, glad you got a room there they are nice rooms. I will be there in say about 20 minutes...will that work for you?" Danny grinned."Yes it won't take me long to get ready. I am really looking forward to seeing you...and Donnie said to bring Miranda with you and drop her off they can find some things to do along the strip here....but you know I have been looking at things to do around here and there is alot to do.So you are in for a long day." Danny said laughing." I gotta say I am really looking forward to it. I have only dreamed of this day for over 30 some years." Amy said giggling. See you soon.Bye for now." Amy said sweetly."Bye," Danny said hanging up."Donnie, Amy is coming to pick me up and she is gonna drop Miranda off here if you need anything you can call me." Danny told him. Amy  went to find Miranda..."Hey Randa... Donnie wants me to drop you off at the hotel when I go to pick Danny up for our first date of the day.... You and Donnie are gonna visit some things along the strip and I have no clue what is in store for me today. But if you're ready we can go."  Miranda came down the stairs with her purse and her shoes."Yep, I am way beyond ready let's go." Miranda told her as they got into Amy's car. "If nothing else you and Donnie could always come back here and get your car if need be.'Amy told her as they headed off to the Marriott. Once getting there they went in and up to the room where Danny and Donnie were staying and knocked on the door. Donnie answered it. "Hey there you two lovely, ladies come on in. "He said letting them in. Donnie smiled and walked up to Miranda."Hi glad you decided to spend time with me today. I hope to make it a fun day for you." Miranda smiled." You already have just by asking me to hang out with you."Miranda said. Danny came out of the bathroom  combing his hair. He was talking and walking." Hey Donnie...who are you talking to?" Danny looked up and grinned." Oh the beauties are here.Hi there." Danny said giving Amy a huge hug."I am so glad you could make it and you look great."  Amy blushed a little." Thank you, you look pretty good yourself and you smell good too." Amy said sweetly as she flirted with him." Thank you, well are you ready to go? Cause I don't know about you but I'm hungry and I need energy to be able to spend time with you all day.And  I am excited to have the day off to do that." Danny said putting his hand on the small of her back as they headed for the door.Donnie, Miranda see you guys later and have fun. Don't do anything I wouldn't do." Danny joked." Oh yeah, well we aren't that naughty." Donnie said laughing back. Danny flipped him off and smiled as him and Amy left. Donnie and Miranda started off their journey by walking down the strip.Amy and Danny went to a nearby Diner and ordered breakfast." Thank you for letting me drive your car.I didn't want you to have to drive me everywhere." Danny said as they waited for their drinks to come. Once the waitress brought them then they ordered their food. Amy looked at Danny." it's no problem.I trust you like I said."  Amy and Danny continued to talk getting to know one another. They talked about all kinds of different things. They found out that they had a whole lot in common with one another. Miranda and Donnie went to eat some place also and they talked as well. Amy and Danny ate their food and laughed at jokes, Danny knew Amy was genuine cause when he told a joke and it was a bad joke she didn't laugh just to please him. She would scoff and shake her head but still smile. He was quickly falling for this woman. he knew he wanted to see where this would go for sure. He paid for their food once they were done and they left to go to the park. They sat at the park and talked and ran around...and did anything they wanted to do. Amy would run and Danny would run after her...she would turn and stick her tongue out at him and run again. He was having alot of fun with her. Once Danny caught up with her he picked her up and swung her around. Then they locked eyes and the chemistry was amazing with the both of them. Amy couldn't stop looking in his eyes and her blue eyes were mesmerizing to him. He so badly wanted to kiss her. He wasn't sure how she would feel about it. He would reserve it for later to see how she would react. It was becoming the afternoon and it was getting close to lunch he was hungry again. So they went to eat..." Hey would you like to go see a movie? Danny asked her."You know what, I would love to go see a movie.Its been a little bit since I have gone to the theater to see one. I normally just watch them at home."Amy told him. She was a simple person. She didn't ask for a lot and the little things and the romantic things made her happy. She hadn't been this happy with anyone in awhile. She just hoped it would last. Danny held Amy's hand once they went to go see the movie. It felt natural to him and it didnt' seem to bother her much." You know I was thinking about what you said about watching movies at your house and you know what we should do that sometime." Danny said to her.Amy got kinda sad."That;s all fine and dandy but how often  would I get to see you? You live hundreds of miles away and  you have to travel."Amy said looking at him.Danny knew she was right but then he thought about it." You know what...NKOTB has a jet I can come see you on my time off and maybe there will be times when you can come visit me in Florida, and you could even travel with me...you and your kids.If we want to be together we can find a way to be together. And we will make it work. And for the times we can't there is the phone, Face time...social media, texting... I mean we can do anything. I just know  that I want to be with you. I know we haven't known one another more then a couple of days but it feels right, WE have so much in common,we enjoy one another's company. I would really like to see where this goes. What do you say? Danny asked putting his hand on her face. Amy gave him a sweet closed mouth smile." I think I'd like that." Danny was so happy. After lunch they headed to go look at movies to watch. He thought she was perfect for him she had the qualities he had been searching for. Could he have possibly found the love of a lifetime. Only time would tell. They went to the movies and sat in the very back, they didn't want to be around to  many people who might recognize him. Especially when he was just getting to know someone. Which brought up another question."So, Amy I also wanted to ask you...how you feel about me traveling so much. Amy thought about it."You know what  it doesn't bother me. It;s your job and one you do well. And if it requires you to travel so be it. As long as their is trust and you aren't gonna go out and find someone else behind my back I can deal with whatever comes our way. I just want to be with you.And I want our kids to meet and maybe form friendships. And as you said there might be times when I can come along. Danny, just know I am ready to meet it all head on where ever it goes." Amy said to him being really sincere.That made Danny almost tear up. "I think we are gonna do just fine."  Then in the dark theater just before the movie started he kissed her cheek.She turned her head towards him then their lips met and neither of them pulled back. They stayed locked in the kiss for several seconds till the previews came on. "Yep, He thought, this is  right." Donnie and Miranda hit it off pretty well also. It seemed like all was well in the world. At least hopefully anyway. After the movie ended. Amy and Danny left. He had his arm around her this time. He felt lighter then he had in years.Soon the day would be drawing to a close and he knew in the morning he would have to leave.Amy and Danny went to her house so she could let her dog out and Danny looked around." You have a nice place." :Thank you. "Amy said as they waited for the dog to do her business.Amy let the dog  back in and they were gonna head out again.She had to take him to his hotel.She didn't want to." Miranda called and told her that she was going to be spending the night with Donnie at the hotel, Amy thought to herself,"Where is Danny suppose to go.Then she turned to him."Seems as though Miranda is spending the night at the hotel with Donnie,They must have hit it off better then we thought. So, I don;t want to be to forward but how would you like to spend the night here and keep me company.I mean especially since my kids are gone to their dad;s for the summer? And Miranda won't be here. We can go get your things and the bus can pick you up here in the morning when you have to leave." Amy offered." I mean I have guest rooms." Amy told him looking into his eyes." Danny shook his head." I would like that very much...Thank you."  Danny told her. Soon they went back to the hotel to get a few things. He texted Donnie to make sure all was ok before he came up there he didn't want to be interrupting anything after all. Once he got the all clear he went and packed stuff back in his suit case and made sure he had everything. Then he made a call to the bus driver of his bus. He told him where he would be and to pick him up there. The bus driver told him he would see him there in the morning. Danny grabbed his things and off to Amy;s they went.Once he got there Amy showed him what rooms she had and he picked one right near hers. Amy and Danny had dinner at her house then they settled into watch a movie on the couch. He felt so at home he was comfortable, he was in love, they paused the movie and he went to get into his pajama;s which was some shorts and a tshirt...Amy wore her tank top and boxers. They sat and watched the movie and Danny sat real close to her. He kissed her and nibbled her ear and began to kiss her neck and damn it had been so long since either of them had been touched like this. The kissing got more intense, Danny placed a hand up under Amy's tank top she had no bra on. he smiled at the though, He stopped and looked at her. " We don't have to do this if you don't want to."  Amy looked at him her eyes glassy as she kissed him and rubbed his chest through his shirt. She took his shirt off and smiled at the wonderful beautiful muscular chest she longed to get to touch in her fantasies. He took her shirt off of her and took a nipple in his mouth...Soon they had their clothes off and were entangled in each other as they made love. It wasn't like anything he had ever felt before not even when he was married.This was so different. She gasped with pleasure when he hit a certain spot on her. She wanted more of him. She didn't want to stop...She needed him as much as he needed her. After a few hours they fell asleep on the couch his arm draped around her waist and his face nuzzled in her back.
