Amy and Danny had been engaged now for 2 weeks and were planning their wedding. They didn't want a long engagement and they didn't want a huge wedding since they had both been married before. So they were deciding where they wanted to have it. Amy got up quickly from the laptop and she felt a wave of dizziness hit her. She grabbed onto the table."OH wow, " She said blinking as she stood there for a few minutes. Danny wasn't home he had gone to do some errands and go to the gym. Amy missed going with him cause she slept in. She walked to the sink for a drink of water. Dan Senior who lived with them came in and  looked at her. Amy, you don't look so good why don't you go upstairs and lat down for a bit and I will text Danny and let him know you aren't feeling well."  No it's fine Dan I need to get myself together cause I have a physical today and I can just mention it to my doctor when I go...but I appreciate the help." Amy said patting his hand. Amy gathered herself and got ready to go to her physical. She hoped she was ok, it was really beginning to bother her that she felt like this and hoped it wasn't anything serious. She got in her car and headed to Dr. Grainger's office and went in and checked in and waited her turn. Once she got called back they did her weight and led her to a room.The nurse looked at her and smiled. Ok, we need you to strip down and put this gown on after I get your vitals. the nurse took her vitals and she told the nurse about her dizzy spells. Soon she got in the gown and the doctor came in. Amy talked to Dr. Grainger about everything and Dr. Grainger did her Physical. After Dr. Grainger was done She wanted Amy to get labs. Amy got dressed and went to go get the labs. The nurse told her that they would probably have her results this afternoon or the next day. So Amy shook her head and went back home. Once she got there Danny was just pulling into the driveway at the same time. He got out and greeted her."Hey baby, how's it going where are you coming from? " Amy smiled." Oh I had my physical today...Cause it was that time of year. "Amy said giving him a kiss as she went inside with him. She got in there and Dan asked how the appointment went. it went ok... they had to take some blood and urine cause of the dizzy spell." Amy told him. Danny heard that and was looking at her."Wait, you had a dizzy spell and you have been sleeping alot.... how many times have you had those spells? Danny asked her. " I don't know Alot." Amy told him.' And when were you planning on letting me in on the fact that you have been having them?" Danny asked her." I didn't think it was a big deal so I didn't bother you with them. "You aren't a bother you are gonna be my wife and I think I have a right to know about those things. Have you had any other symptoms? Danny asked feeling himself getting upset."  Just feeling out of sorts but nothing major." Amy told him."Yes it is something major cause my mom had those before she was diagnosed with Breast cancer and she said it was no big deal, until it was. So I hope you aren't trying to down play the situation. Danny said raising his voice a little." I know it isn't that... I haven't found any lumps or anything," Amy told him."Neither did she, and shortly after she died. This is some fucking serious shit and you are acting like it doesn't bother you... well it bothers me cause I don't feel like losing my wife even before I get a chance to marry her. " Danny replied."Danny would you calm down, we don't even know if its anything like that, Stop thinking the worst before we actually know. I won't know anything till later today or sometime tomorrow." Amy told him."You want to keep things from me? " He asked. "Danny, if I thought it was something serious I would...I didn't think it was anything cause I have gotten them lots of times. And I figure its probably just the heat and humidity. I didn't want to worry you needlessly." Amy said throwing her hands in the air."I told my doctor about it and she is on top of it so you shouldn't be getting so upset."  Danny laughed sarcastically." Oh I see how it is... you want us not to keep secrets from one another and we said we wouldn't no matter how petty it seems and here you are keeping this from me?! If Its something serious  I want to know what I am up against." Danny yelled." Oh I see ok, you mean that you want to see if it's cancer so that you can dump me right now and not worry about getting married cause Iam just gonna die anyway right So whats the use, then you can get someone younger and prettier that is less likely to get cancer!" Amy said snapping back at him."Oh wow, wow,,, is that how you want to be about it? You think its cause of that reason? Then you are insane!!" Oh, I'm insane? So nice to know...now I know what you really think of me. Thanks alot! Amy yelling and very hurt She ran up to their room and slammed the door. She laid on the bed and began to cry when her phone rang. It was Dr. Grainger's office. She had Amy's test results. She heard the results and her heart fell a little. She told the nurse thank you and cried even harder. How was she gonna tell Danny what she found out. Does she even want to tell him. Meanwhile downstairs. Danny was pacing.This was their first huge fight. He went out to the beach to walk.he had to clear his head. Amy couldn't believe the news, she couldn't tell Danny about this. She didn't want to burden him with the news. So she thought about what she was gonna do. She decided to pack a bag and write him a note.The note said." Dearest Danny, I'm sorry that I upset you by not telling you but I am not used to having anyone but my kids worrying about me and I get used to not telling people things cause I don't want to disrupt their  lives. And all they will do is put things on hold and worry about me and I can't allow that. You are my dream come true, and I have always dreamed of the day that I would have a chance with you.. and here it is...but,  I don't want to throw a wrench in all the great things you have  going. It's not fair for me to mess up your life. So I will go and deal with this on my own and don't worry you won't have to have any part of the raising of our child. Cause I dont' have cancer....thank fully... I'm just pregnant. I can't do that to you either with your career and I don't know if you want to be a dad again at your age. So just know I will ALWAYS love you and Always appreciate the time we have had together, I wish you love and happiness. Thank you so much for the great times. Love Amy. Then Amy sobbed and took her ring off and folded it up in the letter and put the letter in an envelope and went downstairs. She placed the note on the table by the door where Danny could see it and she left. She didn't know where she was gonna go but she was gonna drive till she found somewhere. Dan Senior thought he heard the door so he went out to see and saw Amy driving off and he saw an envelope addressed to Danny sitting by the front door.he didn't know what was going on but knew it couldn't be good. Danny came back a little bit later and saw Amy's car gone. he missed the letter the first time. He found his dad." Hey dad, where did Amy go? I wanted to apologize to her and tell her that no matter what it is we will get through it all together. I love her and I want to marry her and I wouldn't ever abandon her  for anything. And I sure as hell don't want anyone younger. I love her, she is  everything to me.' Danny told his dad. "No son, I don't know where she went she didn't say. But there is an envelope over there with your name on it." Dan said pointing it out. Danny walked over there and noticed something heavy in it. With a shaky hand he took out the letter and her ring fell out. his heart was in his throat. he read the letter, and he put his hands over his face and began to cry." I gotta find her dad, I need to find her. She thinks I don't love her and she doesn't want to burden me with anything...and she doesn't have cancer, she is pregnant, she left because she said that she didn't want to ruin the good stuff I had going for myself. Doesn't she realize she is part of that good stuff?  She is everything to me and we talked about if I lost everything tomorrow would she still be here and she said she would. But she is afraid of what people are gonna think of me for her being our ages  and her being pregnant. Damn its not like we are in our 60's she is in her 40's and I am only 50, to me that is still young and I have always wanted more kids. Her and I never really talked about that. We should have. I need to find her dad... I need to tell her I love her and that we are in this together and nothing like that is every gonna ruin anything for me.  It just makes me want to get married to her quicker. I hope I can find her." Danny said as worry settled in. Meanwhile, Amy got about a couple of hours out of town and found a hotel. She  had rented her house out that her and Miranda had so that they could live with their guys...so she right now had no place to go and she wasn't gonna get an abortion that was something she was never gonna do. She checked into her room and laid on the bed. She saw Danny had tried to call and text a few times but she didn't answer. He needed to talk to her kids to see if they could find out where she was. So he did and told them everything and they to were worried and was trying to find her. She at this pint was so upset she didn't want to talk to anyone. So she just sobbed on the bed till she fell asleep. (Continued in the next part)
