A Huge Surprise!

Amy and Danny got lunch together and called to make sure all of the kids were available to come over. Once they did Amy and Danny  looked at them. Ok, Mom and I have something we want to tell you. AS you know mom is pregnant and  we went to the Doctor today..." Danny started. The kids were slightly worried.' Please tell us you're ok mom, we dont' want anything to happen to you." Chris said. Amy smiled." No, nothing bad, Iam fine.Dad and I are gonna have twins and we are due in 8 months unless the twins come sooner which everything I have ever read only a few people carry twins to term." Amy replied. Amy's kids and Danny's kids were truly happy and excited but they were also worried so they were gonna make sure Amy was stress free.Meanwhile Donnie had something on his mind and he seemed really distracted. he really needed to talk to Danny. He needed his best friends advice right now. Miranda was out getting some groceries and let Donnie sleep in so he thought now was the perfect time. he picked up his  phone and Dialed Danny's number. Danny who was in mid sentence talking to the kids looked at his phone. "Hey guys its Donnie Iam gonna take this he may need to talk about the tour. Danny went into his office and Amy and the kids continued to talk about everything. Danny answered. Hello!"  Hi Man, how is everything? " Donnie smiled even though Danny couldn't see him. "It;s good man, I wanted to call you and get your advice for something, Iam so nervous and I wanted to know what you thought. " Donnie said to Danny. Danny said." Ok man, what is on your mind? "  First...How are things with you and Amy? Donnie asked." Hey we are good dude.... Amy is pregnant and we are having twins." Danny said excitedly. "WHAT!!! Oh wow, congratulations to you both! "Donnie said excitedly."Thank you, Thank you.... but  you said you needed to talk to me man, what is on your mind" Danny asked him. Oh yeah, guess I better get to that." Donnie said a little nervous, "Well as you know Miranda and I have been dating for awhile and I think that Iam ready to move it along. You know ask her to marry me."  Donnie told him. Danny was quiet making sure Donnie was finished before saying anything." Congratulations man, I think you should Miranda is a great girl and you guys are an amazing couple, so I bet it will be a wonderful marriage. So how are you gonna propose? Danny asked him." That is a good question Let me tell you what I have planned." Donnie filled  Danny in on what he had planned. Once he was done Danny smiled to himself." Oh dude I think that is gonna be epic.You will have to film it so youcan show send it to Amy and I we would like to see that." Danny told him." Thanks man and I will. Mirand will be home any minute now but Iam glad I got to talk to you about it. I will call about the tour soon, I haven't heard anything but when I do I will tell you but for now enjoy your wife and family." Donnie told Danny.Donnie and Danny continued to talk for awhile and then Danny hung up and went to fill Amy in...Amy was excited for them. Meanwhile..... Donnie was getting dressed and ready to go so he could surprise Miranda, he made sure he had the ring and he called the Zoo where he was gonna propose to get it set up. They told him they would have his event all ready to go. Miranda pulled into the driveway and got out. He went outside to help her get the groceries in." Hey babe, I missed you while you were gone.' Donnie said giving her a kiss.Miranda giggled." I was only gone for an hour."  "I know but I still missed you, hey, how would you like to go to the zoo today?" Donnie asked her. "Yes I would love that, it's a beautiful day for it." Miranda told him." Ok well lets get the groceried in and put away then we can go." Donnie said helping her get the groceries in and put away. 45 minutes later they were on their way to the zoo. The zoo staff had everything set up for Donnie at his request.  Once they got there Donnie opened her door for her and helped her out and they walked up to the zoo and got their tickets and went in. Donnie took her hand nervously as they began to walk around. There were all sorts of beautiful flowers in between all the paths  that held the animals.Miranda smiled at Donnie, and said." It's so beautiful around here this time of year."  Donnie looked at her." Everything is beautiful....especially you."  Miranda smiled and was so happy to be spending time with Donnie. Things had been so busy lately. It was nice to unwind.They wound around the path's Donnie saw them setting up the tent for their surprise dinner. But he knew she wouldn't think anything of it. " Miranda looked at everything." This place is so beautiful, looks like they are gonna be having some sort of event with all the beautiful decorations." "  Miranda told him. Donnie smiled." Yeah I bet they are. So after awhile  they came to a place and it was right infront of the Cheetah  enclosure, there was a gazebo right infront of it." The Words Will YOU MARRY ME! Were in the Gazebo in big huge, Letters and there was a rose petal heart and some candles in a heart shape all around. Miranda noticed it as her and Donnie were walking towards it so they could get a better look at the Cheetahs, "Donnie we can't be in here this looks like someone's special moment.... it is so romantic I bet that person is gonna be crying. "  Donnie smiled." I hope so.... " He lead her in there." WE won't touch anything we will just look at the Cheetahs." Donnie told her. While she was occupied looking at the cheetahs, Donnie grabbed a single rose and took the ring out of his pocket and got down on one knee.Once Miranda turned back around she saw Donnie on his knee. He took her hand." She was confused as to what was happening." Donnie what are you doing? She asked. Donnie looked up at her." Miranda, I love you so much, you are the missing piece of my broken heart, you have shown me so many thing and taught me so much. I didnt' think I would ever love again after my first marriage and you  made me want to love again. I feel alive and young again when I'm with you, Donnie had his phone set up so it could record the whole thing. Donnie continued." I can't even imagine life without you and I know life won't always be wine and roses and its gonna be filled with lots of busy times with my schedule and you have shown alot of grace dealing with it, and I know you will continue to handle it just fine and as long as I have you next to me always, I know I can get through anything. ' Donnie paused a moment. He saw Miranda crying. He was choking up as well. he composed himself then went on." So with all of that, Will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?" Donnie looked up at her and waited for an answer. The Cheetahs began to roar  as if they were trying to tell her to say yes." Miranda was shaking and crying. She reached out and touched Donnie on his face. She said "YES I will marry you Donald Edmund Wahlberg!"  Donnie smiled and let out his tears as he placed the beautiful sparkling, Diamond on her finger. he picked her up kissed her and spun her around."I love you so much." Donnie said." I love you too." Miranda said crying more." Oh and we are having dinner and dancing here as well....that is what you saw them setting up."
