The cold air brushed against his skin, his breathing being shaken from the events that had just occurred. His muscles were sore, his clothes having stains of blood sprinkled on them. His body hurt with each breath he produced.
"How did I get myself into this situation." The boy thought to himself.
The lighting in the room was low, being almost completely dark. The door to the left opened, a tall man walking in.
The boy turned his head to look at him, the man gently closing the door behind him. He walked over to the other end of the table, sitting about 6 feet away from him at the other end.
A tape recorder was in the center of the table. The man reached over and pressed play, the tape starting to roll.
"The date is October 31st, 2036. The time is approximately 11:26 P.M. May you please state your name and age for me?" The man asked in a deep voice, his tone sounding calming.
The boy glared at him as the light in the room intensified, being able to see his facial features.
He appeared to be in his mid 30's, had light facial hair, and his eyebrows were rather bushy. He wore a white collared shirt with an expensive black coat.
The boy fidgeted slightly, his sliced palm on his right hand being visible.
"Anthony, fourteen-years-old." The interrogator bit the inside of his cheek when he heard the age. The boy was very young.
"Would you be willing to recount your experience throughout the entire sequence of events that have occurred over the past month?"
Anthony stared at the reporter for a second, his mind trying its hardest to regain itself.
"...You want a recount of my experience?" Anthony said rather gently, but it sounded as if he was tired and on the verge of snapping.
"...Then we'll have to start from the very beginning."

The books were stacking on top of each other, and were eventually picked up and taken to the whiteboard.
The books started to be put into the shelves behind the white board, and a teacher approached the student who was helping organize them.
"Thanks again Anthony for coming to help." The teacher thanked, and Anthony put the last book away, turning to face the teacher and replying
"No problem, just wanted to get some extra credit, that's all."
"Well, you already have an A in my class." The teacher said, and Anthony grew a smile on his face and replied
"I just want that A plus plus." As he closed the whiteboard, the teacher let out a laugh and asked
"Sure thing. Could you help with the papers too?"
Anthony let out a sarcastic sigh and replied
"Whatever it takes."

The sound of something being boiled on the pan could be heard as the sun beamed through the open window, the white curtains being pinned up to the side. The sink had a few dirty dishes as it normally did, as the household contained someone who had a knack for all things cooking.
