The mayor was sitting in his office at home, relaxing after a long day at work as he way typing on his computer.

"Daddy." Victoria said, standing in his doorway.

He looked up to his teenage daughter and asked

"Yes, sweetie?"

"Can we get me a new phone after school tomorrow?"

She asked in a gentle tone, Tom giving her a small smile. He reached into one of his drawers, and pulled out a box; with a newly bought phone inside.

"Surprise!" He said in a happy tone, putting the phone box on his desk and pushing it away from him.

Victorias eyes grew wide as she saw the phone, happiness overflowing her body.

"Thank you, daddy!" Victoria said happily, as she approached the desk.

She held her arms out, asking for a hug. Tom got up to hug his daughter, the girl he loved so dearly.

Anthony had just finished getting dressed and was walking down the stairs. He walked into the kitchen and his dad started talking to him.

"So, we're having pork tonight."

"Well obviously, I'm the one who bought it." Anthony said with a chuckle and a slightly sassy tone.

"You really are sassy, huh?" Houston said sarcastically

"I'm fourteen, what do you expect?" Anthony said in a comedic tone.

He heard a knock on his door after he had finished eating some breakfast.

"That must be Violet, guess it's time for you to go now." Esible said, and Anthony got off his chair and out his backpack on.

"Bye guys!"

"Bye sweetie, stay safe okay?"

"Sure thing."

Anthony opened the door, seeing Violet looking around outside. Violet turned her head to face Anthony, stating

"Finally you answered, let's go."

"Woah, what's the rush?" Anthony asked in a curious tone, being slightly taken aback by the tone in Violets mind. Violet replied, explaining what she had in mind.

"I know you don't want to talk about it, but what if we go to the library after school, and research the mask you been talking about."

"What-"

"Before you say anything." Violet interrupted.

"Jacks disappearance could be connected, if we go to the library after school, we can research. Carly mentioned something about this town having a dark past. We could find out a lot more if we simply research about it."

Anthony paused for a second, and he made up his mind.

"Okay, if I really want to know what's happening, I guess we'll just have to look more into it."

"So the st.Lewis Library? After school?"

"Don't you have a 7th period?" Anthony asked, and Violet had expected that question.

"You can just wait for me dummy." Violet said sarcastically, slightly pushing Anthony in a friendly way.

"Should we bring Tony with us?" Anthony asked, and Violet shrugged her shoulders.

"Ask him if he's down."

As the pair continued walking, they were completely oblivious to the fact that someone was watching their every step.
