At 5:30

I brushed out my hair quickly and set up my phone at an angle that wouldn't show my stomach.
I sat in front of the camera and waited for the incoming call. As I expected right at 5:45 I got the call. I answered to face time call and smiled.

"Hello." I smiled.
"Hi Marinette, it's be a while." Adrien said with a wide smile on his face.
"It really has." I chuckled. "How have you been?"
"I've been doing pretty good, my father let me move out. How are you?" He replied.
"I'm good. I am really tired most of the time, but I am happy." I smiled.
"That's good to hear. How is your new home?" He asked.
"It's wonderful. Although I am away from my family." I replied.
"Aren't you still in France?" He asked in a confusing tone.
"Heh, no. I moved to London." I chuckled.
"Oh wow. That's not too far from France, maybe I could visit sometime?"
"Maybe." I started, "Actually yeah. You should visit soon."
"When would be a good time?" He questioned.
"Soon. I would like to talk to you about something. In person." I said looking at the camera bashfully.
"How about next week Wednesday?" He smiled.
"That will do. I have to go now, I have a quiz." I said trying to end the call.
"Okay. Have a nice night." Adrien smiled and waved to the camera.
"You too." I said then hanging up.

I powered off my phone and got in the shower. Once I was out of the shower, I made myself dinner. I then laid down in my bed and fell asleep.
I planned to tell Adrien about my pregnancy next Wednesday, but I don't know if I am ready to yet. I do need to make up my mind soon though.

2 days later (It is now Tuesday)

I drank my coffee and kept thinking about how I would tell him tomorrow. I probably wouldn't have to say anything, he could just look at my stomach and figure it out. Would he be mad? Would he be happy? Would he hate Louis? Would he accept Louis? I should cancel the meet up.

I put down my coffee and went to my bathroom mirror.
"Marinette. Stop being selfish." I lectured while looking in the mirror. "I can't help it though." I sighed and sat on the toilet.

I looked around my small bathroom thinking about what I should do. Do I cancel? Do I tell him straight up? I hate overthinking so I got up and did some school work.

Most of my online stuff was done and all that was left to do it go to class. I made a snack and then went to work. When I got off of work I went home and cleaned up my apartment. The nursery was done and ready for Louis. I showered and then went to bed.

------
I woke up and started dressing up. I got a message from Adrien saying he was heading to the airport at 8:27

I waited 2 hours, then drove to the airport and waited as everyone got off the plane. I waited a couple minutes before messaging Adrien. Adrien didn't answer my texts or calls. I eventually sighed and went home. Once I got home I locked up my apartment and laid down in my bed.

I was heartbroken. I really had gathered the courage to tell him about Louis and he doesn't even come. After all the texts and calls, he doesn't even show up. I let out a tear and took a deep breath. He probably had some business to deal with and I had no right to be upset over it. He could have at least called me.

Adrien's POV

As I sat at the hospital looking at Kagami, I sighed. I was supposed to be in London with Marinette right now, but Kagami got in a car accident right as I got to the airport. She had a few cuts, she broke her arm and sprained her ankle. My phone had died while I was waiting for her to get her cast and ice on her ankle.

An hour later, Kagami was discharged and we was on the way home. Once we got home I charged my phone and immediately called Marinette. She wouldn't answer my calls or texts. I would reschedule my flight but I have to take care of Kagami. I helped Kagami clean her cuts and got her some food.

A month later. Mari's POV

I was sitting on my couch watching TV with Alya. I only had a few more days until I would go into labor, so Alya was staying with me. Adrien had tried messaging and calling, I read them and I responded with. "Don't worry about it. Just visit when she is better." I wish I didn't say anything because it would be bad if he was to fly in while I was giving birth. I turned in all the work I would have to do, so that while I was having Louis I wouldn't have to do anything.

"Ha ha! Did you see that!?" Alya laughed.
"Yeah, they are absolute nut jobs!" I chuckled.
"Totally!" Alya smiled.
We laughed until I had a large cramp in my back and it moved to my lower abdomen.
"Girl, are you alright?" Alya worried.
"I think he is coming. I am hurting." I mumbled.
"Are you sure?" Alya questioned.
"I don't know but it hurts bad." I groaned.
"D-don't worry!"Alya said getting up and packing up some things. "The car is ready!"
"Okay." I said standing up.
"Just wait for me to help you." Alya said while coming up and helping me walk.

Alya walked me to the car and drove me to the hospital. She walked me inside and they put me in a wheelchair and took me to maternity. She put me in a room and did a check up.

"Your water has broke and you're 2 cm dilated." The nurse said as she finished checking. "We are going to help you put on a gown."
"Okay." I sighed. Then put on the hospital gown.
"You okay girl?" Alya worriedly asked.
"The contractions hurt but they aren't close. So I am okay for now." I groaned.
"I'll call your parents." Alya said walking out of the room.
I took a deep breath and suffered another contraction. I could already tell this would be a long and painful process.

TBC.
