"Marinette, are you alright?" His emerald green eyes looked sad.

"Yeah," I mumble as I avoid eye contact.

"Is your stomach alright?"

"W-why do you ask?" Everything in me began to panic but I tried to stay calm. There's no way he would know.

"You've been holding onto your stomach since I came in here. Did she kick you there?" He asked me as pulled my hands away from my stomach to examine it.

"No, I'm fine," I immediately pushed his hands away. "What are you doing back in here anyways? I'm sure Kagami is waiting for you." Low blow, I know.

"I left my notebook and came back to get it when I seen what happened."

"Thanks, but I've got to get going," at this point I was desperate to end the conversation.

"You sure you're okay?"

"I'm fine, it's fine. I got to go. Thanks a lot," I tried my best to not be sarcastic as I grabbed my bags.

"That's what friends are for," Adrien smiled and grabbed his notebook before heading out of the room.

Today sucked. I felt awful as I walked home. 'tHat'S whAT FriENds aRE fOr!' I mentally mocked. I am far from being his friend. Does he think I've forgotten how he left me high and dry in the middle of the rain!? WELL I HAVEN'T!

Before I could get out of the school doors I heard Alya call out to me, stopping me dead in my tracks.

"Mari! What happened?! Are you okay??" She worriedly rushed over to me.

"I'm fine, it was just a little altercation, that's all," I smiled tiredly. Her eyes dropped down to my stomach and I knew what her next question would be.

"Is it okay?" her voice was just a whisper.

"It should be fine. I don't feel anything wrong."

Alya sighed and patted my shoulder. "If you say so girl. I've got to be home early but I'll text you."

"Alright," I waved bye then went on my way.

I was so glad to be home. First thing I did was get snacks from the bakery. The rest of the day consisted with me working on my designs.

I stood in front of the mirror with my shirt pulled above my stomach. A sigh escaped my lips when I saw that I had gained some weight. It wasn't too noticeable though. To think I got bigger in the span of only 2 months. It's fine though because I got only 2 more months of school left. After high school I'll probably move for college, which means I'll need to give up my miraculous probably.

"Marinette!! Alya is here!" Mama yelled from downstairs.

"I'm on my way down!!" I replied covering my gut then heading down the latter.

"Hey girlie, you ready for the shoot?" Alya asked excitedly as we walked out of my house. I smiled awkwardly.  "You didn't choose a place yet did you?"

"No, BUT I got it down to two spots. The park of Eiffel Tower. You choose," I defend myself but it was no use, glares were still thrown my way.

"I figured you wouldn't have chosen so I already told the girls to meet at the park," She smiled mischievously. "I don't seen why you won't choose though, it's for your website.

"Both places looked so good, it's hard to choose!"

We got to the park and I spotted the girls.
"Where's Mylene? I asked.

"Her dad had a show," Juleka informed me.

I handed out the outfits for them to model in.  Turns out I got the wrong size for Juleka. The evening sun was too good to just get a photo in one outfit. Alya wouldn't fit into it either so I decided I'd have to wear it myself. Although, the shirt was tight around the waist and showed my baby bump.
