Isabella's POV

Today I awoke in my room, with Aunt Nat waking me up. She threw me some workout clothes and said,"Get dressed. Be in the training room in 20 minutes." She didn't even explain anything, just walked out. I quickly took a shower, got changed, and threw my hair up in a high pony tail.

I had managed to get dressed in and shower in 10  minutes. I made my way to the kitchen to grab a water bottle and a protein bar. As I shoved the protein bar in my mouth, I made my way to the elevator.  From the looks of it im finally getting to train my powers! Anyway the elevator dinged singling  we had arrived at the training room.

"Ah there she is!" Uncle Tony said, as I walked through the door. I rolled my eyes at him and asked,"Ok, what do I do first?!" Everyone chuckled at me before answering me. "Well doll, first you need to stretch. Then were going to see how much fighting skills you have." Uncle Bruce said to me, but I pouted and complained.
"But stretching is boring. Cant we just go straight to the fun stuff?" Everyone shook there head at me but once again told me to stretch.

I began to stretch, so I could begin the fun part. After 10 minutes of stretching, Aunt Nat called me to come spar with her. I walked in front of her and put my hands up, just like she taught me. She smiled at me and said,"Don't worry sweetheart. Ill go easy on you." I smiled at her, but before I got the chance to reply she swung at me. I gasped and ducked, barely avoiding the punch.

Once I was straightened again I ran towards her, trying to get at least one good hit on her. By the time you could say Avengers assemble she had me on the floor. As she helped me up I grumbled,"Easy my butt!" She laughed at me before asking,"Want to go again?" I nodded my head, determined to beat her. I thought back to my training, and the gymnastics I did, before my dad died and my mom abused me. As Nat came at me, to try and punch me in the face, I did a back handspring. During that back handspring I had managed to kick her in the face. When I stood up straight, she was in front of me again, this time she tried to kick me in the stomach. I stepped to the side and swung my fist at her face. She managed to grab my arm, knocking me down and knocking the wind out of me.

I gasped as I tried to breath right. "You did gymnastics?" She asked me, as she helped me up. I shrugged and walked over to my water bottle. "When I was a kid, before my dad died and my mom abused me, I did a little gymnastics. To be honest I didn't know I had that in me." She smiled warmly at me. "Izzie!" I heard dad yell at me. I turned around to face him and he motioned to the punching bag. I smiled at him before making my way over to the bag. He helped me wrap my hands up and put the boxing gloves on

I stood in front of the punching bag, dad behind it. I started to punch it for a good 10 minutes until dad stopped me. He helped me take the gloves of and unravel my hands. "You did good, doll. You should go ask Wanda to help you with your powers." He suggested to me. "I will. Thanks dad!" I kissed him on the cheek and ran to the other side of the room, where Aunt Wanda was.

"Hey, Aunt Wanda!? Will you help me train my powers?" She turned to smile at me and nodded. She walked over to her water bottle and placed it in front of us. "Try to move that water bottle. Here i'll demonstrate." Her hand began to glow red and the water bottle went into the air. She slowly put the water bottle back on the ground and tuned to me. "Now you try!" I nodded and began to concentrate on the water bottle.

It shook but didn't move. I tried again, but failed to move it. I tried at least five times before I got frustrated. Suddenly every sound around me vanished. I studied the water bottle and felt tickle under my nose. I ignored it and focused on the water bottle. After a couple of seconds it flied up into the air and my ears bagan to ring. The last thing I heard before blackness consumed me was my Aunt screaming at me to stop.
