तुम - tum - you (informal)
आप - aap - you (formal)
वह - vah - he

The above are what is used in texts and in writing but in speaking ie when people speak in daily life, there are few changes.
वो - voh - he, she , sometimes they
examples :
मैं घर जा रहा हूँ
i am going home
main ghar jaa rahaa hoon
(main - I , ghar - house , jaa rahaa hoon - am going)
*** In Hindi, the usual order of sentence is Subject + object + verb
The literal meaning of the above sentence is
I to-house am going
So keep that in mind
