The next morning I went to get breakfast and saw Alexander sitting at the table with the rest of the team. As soon as he saw me, his face went redder than the night before, and he looked down. I laughed,

"Glad to see you still know how to dress yourself, Alex," I said with a smirk as I walked past. Claire, Valliere and Alijah looked at each other, confused. Morathi started laughing again, quickly trying to hide it when Alex glared at him. I went and got my plate of breakfast and went back to my room to eat. Once it was six o'clock The General came knocking at the doors again.

Today, he brought us to one of the training facilities.

"This building is one of the most advanced training rooms in the world," The General explained as we walked in. We were standing in a giant, empty room. The General looked at our confused faces and pulled out a remote with a grin on his face. He hit a few buttons, and the room was lit up with blue holograms. It filled the room with buildings; through the windows, I could see holographic people holding guns.

"Woah," Morathi said, reaching up to touch the side of one of the buildings. His hand went right through the holograms.

"This facility can be set up in over a million ways," General Duke went on, "We can program it to different settings, different missions and so on. Here we will be working on how you guys will function as a team. We will also be looking at your strategies for how you tackle each situation."

"Are we planning an attack?" Claire asked.

"Not yet. After what I saw yesterday, I came to the conclusion that your squad will need a leader out in the field. It can't always be me." I nodded, I didn't like the idea of taking orders from any of these people, but as much as I hated to admit it, it made sense. The General explained that he was going to present us with different scenes. Our job was to discuss the best way to eliminate hostiles in the area. When he was done explaining, he pulled up the first scenario, with the help of Morathi, who was fascinated by the tech. It was a simple takedown of hostiles. After a few minutes of looking, we each agreed on the best way to go about it.

"Did we actually just agree on something?" Claire exclaimed, causing a few of the others to laugh. The General had a smile on his face as he switched to the next scene. The following two scenarios were a little different. This time we each had our own separate ways of how to take down the hostiles. But each one of our ways worked. Then came the fourth scenario. I instantly knew there would be arguing, even more than our helicopter mission had brought, so I sat back and observed, letting everyone else debate how they would go about clearing the area.

"You can't just waltz right in there!" Alex yelled.

"I'm not waltzing!" Claire yelled back. "My team would stick close and move slow." They argued back and forth for a few minutes. Eventually, Valliere and Alijah got in on the discussion, getting louder with every minute that went on. I was leaning on the wall in the back, arms folded across my chest. I knew the simplest way to go about this. Once they hit a lull in their conversation, Valliere looked back at me,

"You're being awfully quiet," she said. All heads turned my way, and I sighed while standing up and walking closer to the scenario.

"I'd put a sniper up there," I said, pointing to the side of the scene. "They would take out the other two snipers there and there," I said, gesturing to the windows of the holographic house. "I'd go through the buildings one at a time, avoiding the courtyard in the middle. I'd start with the building on the left, it looks to have more hostiles in it, then that fight would draw out whoever is left hiding in the building on the right. Funnel them out and then take them down from the windows. Well, this is happening I would have two of us flanking from the right to clear the front of the main building.
