I sprung out of bed the next morning.

I couldn't wait to get to Los Angles. There were so many things I wanted to see and do, one of them being see my four favorite Australians.

I walked downstairs in my running sneakers, jean shorts and a T-shirt with green writing that matched the beanie I was wearing. The one Luke had stolen from Calum and given to me.

Mom had my box of cereal already out for me and I quickly ate a bowl.

A half hour later, my mother, Jacob and I were in the car driving to Seattle.

"Okay so remember no boys, except hanging out with 5sos. That goes for both of you ladies," Jacob lectured as we got closer to the airport, "And no frickle frackle with any of those boys either."

Mom snorted from the backseat and I forced out a laugh, knowing what Jacob was implying.

Jake parked his car in the one hour parking lot, helping us with our bags. We did the express check in and went inside.

Jake walked my mom and I to the security gate.

He hugged my mom and told her to be safe and to have fun.

Jacob wrapped me in a tight hug.

 "Tell him," he whispered.

 I choked on air.

"I'm not kidding Dixon. I will tell him if you don't," Jacob threatened.

 "You wouldn't dare!"

"You're right. But at the same token, you should still tell him," he admitted.

I knew Jacob was right; I just didn't want him to be.

 I nodded though.

"And have fun. Get a feel for the campus. I know how much you'll love it, so embrace it Charlie. These next couple of days is all about you and your future. So have fun."

I smiled brightly at my best friend before wrapping him up in one last hug.

"I'll see you in three days!" I called as my mother and I entered the security line.

An hour later we were in our seats waiting for the plane to take off.

It was about a three hour flight to LAX so I decided to sleep.

When my mother nudged me awake I was more awake than I had been for a while.

I practically skipped off the plane.
