Chapter 6

That morning I got out my chevron bikini which I had luckily brought from my moms house, and a pair of shorts to put over my bottoms. As soon as I walked out the boys were running around trying to get their stuff together to go to the beach. "Hurry up Kat!!" Michael screamed running by me and into his room. I walked into the bathroom and got changed quickly putting my hair up into a messy bun. As I walked out all the boys turned around and there jaws dropped as they started staring because I forgot a short to put over my swimsuit. "um... you wanna take a picture it'll last longer?" I said and Calum pulled out his phone "Okay." he said and Luke smacked his hand "You guys are jerks." he said pushing me into the bedroom. I walked over to the closet and stole Lukes nirvana shirt and put it on grabbing my bag and throwing in my phone, my copy of To Kill A Mockingbird, tanning lotion, and my aviator sunglasses. I slipped on my white braided flip flops and walked out. "Ready?" Ashton said and we walked out. Ashton was driving, Michael was in the front, I was in the back in the middle Luke on my right and Calum on my left. I guess since we were in a truck that had no console just a straight seat Amber would sit in the front in the the middle. We pulled up to Ambers house and she walked over to the car and Michael got out so she could get in. "Hey, thanks for inviting me." she said as she got in. "No problem." I said as Ashton pulled out. As we started driving Luke put his arm over my shoulders and Calum started singing, "Kat and Lukey sitting in a tree, K-I-S-" Luke cut him off by throwing a bottle of sunscreen at him. "Owwwww gosh I was just playing around." he said rubbing the side of his head.
As we pulled onto the sand the boys jumped out and ran for the water, but me and Amber both rolled out our towels. "You're reading to kill a mockingbird! I love that book. I'm reading Pretty Women right now." I already liked this girl. "You like classics too!" I said and she shook her head pulling out her book and laying back on her towel.
After a little bit of reading I felt dripping on my stomach. I put my book down and saw Luke standing over me and Ashton over Amber. "You guys should come swim." Luke said. "No I'm go-" I was cut off by Luke picking me up and running towards the water "No LUKE!! Don't!!!" and then I felt him throw me into the deep water laughing. I came up and so did Amber about 4 feet away from me. "Jerks!!!" Amber screamed. "I'm gonna kill you Hemmings!!!" I screamed at Luke swimming that way. "Only if you can catch me, babe!" He said climbing out of the water and onto the beach. As I was swimming back I felt something grab my leg "AHHHHHH!!!!! Something's on my leg!!!!" I squealed. "Quit joking around, Kat." Michael said. "IM NOT!!!!!" I screamed. Luke ran over to me and picked me up. there was a giant jelly fish on my leg. It stung a lot. Luke flung it onto the ground. I started to feel really sleepy. "Someone call 911!!! Don't you dare go to sleep on me Kat!" I heard Luke yell. I heard Amber yelling into a phone about what had happened, and her the guys trying to wave down cars. Luke was still yelling at me, but I was just so tired I fell asleep.

A/N soooooo um yeah. Don't hate me!!! I had to do that. I'm sorry it's a cliff hanger my friends hate them so much they r probably going to choke me, they're the ones that this chapter is dedicated too.
