Chapter 12

Luke's POV

"So I know that last week I called you my girlfriend and I didn't ask you, so will you be my girlfriend." I said scared of what she will say.

"Well............... YES!!! I've been waiting for you to ask me." She says and my face probably lit-up like a Christmas tree.

"Really?" I said. I thought she'd say no.

She leaned in and kissed me. It wasn't like a fast and sloppy kiss but a slow and passionate kiss. After that we walked out of our room and went to the living room. Our hands intertwined and Ashton must have saw it because he yelled out..

"Luke and Kat are together!" He said loudly.

"Really? I didn't think he had the..." Calum started to say but Luke interrupted.

"Shut up and yes we are." He said.

Kat's POV

We all started to laugh and Luke's face got really red from embarrassment because we knew what Calum was going to say before Luke interrupted. We all stopped and wondered what we should do today.

"Let's stay here and watch scary movies." Michael said.

"But you hate scary movies Michael." Ashton said and we started to laugh again.

"How about we go to the park?" Luke said.

"Yeah and have a picnic!" Calum said.

"Okay that sounds fun." I said.

"Then it's set we are going to the park. Everyone be ready by noon." Ashton said.

"Okay and Kat can you make the food?" Michael said.

"Well I mean I planned in it because you guys suck at cooking or even making food." I said laughing. "Do you guys have any suggestions on what you want?"

"Pack the vegemite.....pizza" They all sid except for Michael.

We all laughed because Michael is the only one who didn't say vegemite, even I said vegemite so that must mean soething.

"Okay so vegemite and bread. What to drink and anything else?" I said.

"I'll take a sweet tea, I'll take Sprite, I want a Powerade and I want pizza.

"Michael that isn't a drink." Ashton said.

"Ugh fine sweet tea." He said like a mad five year old.

Everything was ready but had to be put in the basket and I had to go change. I told the guys to put the food into the basket while I go change. When I came back there were four messy boys in the kitchen throwing food at each other, but being the kind of person I am I decided to join them. I threw a spoon of vegemite at Luke and it landed in his hair. I felt bad but I didn't at the same time. Luke took the whole jar of vegemite and put it in his hand then went over to me and smashed it on my head and I let a shreek. Everyone laughed and said it looked like Luke and I had poop in our hair.

"Alright guys that's enough." Ashton said.

"We need to go shower and change clothes now. I'm going first." I said bragging.

"Not fair." Luke said pouting.

"Is to fair." I said sticking my tongue out at him.

I go and get in the shower and get out. I walk into Luke's and I's room to get my clothes then I tell the boys the one of them can get in. Luke got in next and then Ashton, Calum, and Michael. When we were all finally ready to go, we got into Ashton's car (since it was the only car that could fit all of us). We got to the park and there were little kids between ages 3-8 running around, playing tag or swinging on the swings. We went to the back part where the lake is and luckily there was no one there. We got done eating a decided to go to the playground part. Everyone as staring at us even the moms. Some of them looked to young to be honest. Luke saw this little kid aroud 5 who was lost so Luke and I went over to hep him.

"Hey are you lost buddy?" Luke asked the little boy.

"I-I c-can't find my mummy." He said crying.

"Do you remmber where you last saw her?" I asked.

"No I think she left." He said.

"What's your name." Luke asked.

"Lucas." He said and Luke and I looked at each other.

"Okay well let's go look around for your mom." I said as he took my hand.

While Ashton and the others played on the playground, we walked around the park for an hour and couldn't find his mom. We decided to go back home and make posters incase his mom came back and didn't see Lucas. When we go back home we asked Lucas to help us with some information.

"My mums name is Beth and she has brown hair with blond in it." He said and then we put our number so she could call.

*Two weeks later*

Lucas is still with us. No one has called about a missing child. We got Lucas some new clothes and Luke and I treat him like he's our son.

"Mum- I mean Kathryn?" He said.

"Luke he just called me mum." I whispered over to him. "Yes Lucas." I said"

"I'm sorry I called you mom but can I have something to eat?"

"Yeah sure sweety what do you want?"

"Can we have Nandos?" He said looking towards Luke.

"I love this kid!" Calum said laughing.

"Yeah sure. Kat do you want to come?" Luke asked me.

"No I'll stay here and clean up." I said.

"Okay well we will be back in a while."

"Bye." I said waving to Lucas. He's so cute. I think that I'm going to talk to Luke about what we should do if his mom never comes.

A/N- I think that this is my faviorte chapter right now. I have no other words. Maybe Abigails done with her "Emotional breakdown" because i'm alll out of thoughts,
