"That's for slamming my Volvo, you jackass!"
Dawn's blew her hair out of her face as she stared at the tall and broad man clutching his eye.A buffer comes running down from those massive steps leading inside. He wore a typical uniform. With stale black pants and pale white shirt tucked in.
His expression haphazardly scared.
"What the fuck?" Richard groaned, when that stopped short.
Long visible shapely thighs stood before as he notices the stranger in black tight shorts. Maybe he wasn't clear before. It was shit tight shorts.
Her upper body swelled like an hour glass figure, soundly. She had worn a red skin turtle neck top. Her hair flowing in loose chestnut curls. Eyes like sapphire, they squinted in anger.
Her waist was well defined and her hips and bust were roughly even. It's the curvy body that halts his next words.
But apparently not hers.
"Are you going to just stare like a looney or remove your stupid car!" She kicked the side of his precious Porsche.
Her boots black and dirty leaving marks on the silver steel.
Instantly, he zoomed back in.
"Girl, move it along. I don't do charity." Richard wavered her away and turned smacked into Gloria and Lorenzo, his butler right behind her.
What was everyone doing crowding around him today? He usually loved it but at the moment, his mind wasn't working.
That turtle neck was burning a hole in his mind.
"Richard! I'm so glad you are here! I'll like you to meet my daughter-well, our daughter now." She smiled stupidly.
Richard knew marrying was one thing he utterly despised but all in all, he keeps telling himself I'm doing a big thing for a friend. I'm saving her. Like a goddamn hero.
It eased when he made it about himself.
He huffed. "Fine. Where is she?"
He was about to walk straight when Lorenzo's eyes locked with him and pointed him to turn back.
Lorenzo may be his butler but along with his dad, he is also another guy who is shot of reality for Richard.
He had become the ultimate true friend.
A friend who never asked for anything in return like how Gloria did.
Somehow deep in his mind, he knew Gloria would come and ask for his help one way or the other.
There is a fine line of marked distinctions between the friendship that people see as they tag along in this world.
Especially with the rich.
When he needed her most, Gloria saved him off the ledge but who kept him going back to the ledge was Lorenzo.
A young chap he met right after his acquaintance with Gloria.
Gloria in turn got secretly jealous of their bond. At first, Richard had included her in a lot of things.
It was her who kept issuing the fact she wanted Lorenzo gone. Insecurity wasn't something Richard liked.
It's a secret weapon of destruction. The more massive it is, the more it creates an environment of problems.
In his mind, he somehow owed to be friends with her. Hence she was the only oldest friend he had but that friendship grew dark whenever she asked for things and he gave it only because of the rope that was tied between them.
