Marleigh's POV:
"Did you want a change of clothes?" I asked Noah as we walked further into my house.
"Uh.. I don't think I can fit your clothes,"
He laughed as he looked down at himself, "I'll dry off in the car."I laughed with him, "I can give you some of my dad's clothes, he wouldn't even notice they're gone."
"That's really not necessary, Marleigh, I'll be fi—"
"Noah, I insist." I pushed, with a friendly smile.
"Okay." He smiled back.
I went into my parents' room and into my dad's dresser to pull out a pair of basketball shorts and a t-shirt that says "Five-Star Fitness" on it, which is the name of our gym. I brought it to the hallway for him and handed them to him, "These should fit."
"Thanks." He said, taking them from my hand as our fingers touched, and it sounds cliche, but I definitely felt electricity through my spine.
We stood there awkwardly for a moment before he spoke again, "Uh, where can I change?"
"You can use the bathroom down the hall." I smiled, "and just leave your suit hanging on the tub or something to dry."
I went to my room and looked for something to change into to wear to the gym, I really hope this won't take very long and I hope it's a simple fix.
I decided to throw on a pair of denim shorts with a white t shirt and an olive green corduroy jacket.
I met Noah back in the hallway and he looked adorable in my dad's clothes, which was really weird at the same time.
"You look great!"' I said with a smile, but he just laughed.
"I totally have a dad bod." He said, looking down at himself, causing me to laugh.
"You have an adorable laugh." He looked at me, causing me to blush.
"We should go, yeah?" I tried to hide my smile.
He nodded and I went to grab my keys and my phone before we went to the garage and got in my car. I got in on the drivers side and Noah got in on the passengers side, but I couldn't help myself from laughing when his legs were all bent up because he's so tall.
"You can move the seat back, Noah, there's a thing on the side of the seat." I pointed to the side of the seat by the door.
He laughed with me and adjusted his seat so his legs were able to stretch out, "Much better!"
"Sorry, my friends have short legs!" I laughed with him still.
"Nah, it's all good, I'm used to the long leg syndrome." He smirked.
