Snowwwwwww

I was looking out the window excited, it was actually snowing.

"Sapphire, sit down and finish eating!"

I turned to look at Ryan, "But I wanna go in the snow!"

"You can go in the snow when you're done."

I went back to the table and sat down. Brendon was drinking coffee and looking at something on his phone. I quickly finished eating, putting my dishes in the sink I ran upstairs. After getting dressed I ran back downstairs and put my boots, hat, and gloves on.

"Someone's excited."

I looked up to see Brendon, also dressed to go outside.

"Well it's snowinggggggg."

I ran out the back door, giggling as snow landed on my nose.

"BRENDON BOYD URIE PUT SOME GLOVES ON."

I turned to find Brendon also outside, Ryan was standing in the doorway.

"I'M FIIIIIINE."

I laughed as Ryan rolled his eyes and closed the door. Scooping up a handful of snow I threw it at Brendon, "YEET." He turned just in time for it to collide with his face, "Holy SHIT THAT'S COLD." I ran as he scooped up some snow, "I'm gonna get you!"

"Nooooooo."

~Ryan's POV~

I watched with a smile as Brendon and Sapphire ran around chasing each other. Brendon tripped, face planting into the snow which sent Sapphire into a fit of giggles.

"It's not funnyyyyy."

I shook my head and got out my phone. Taking a few pictures before closing the door. I went upstairs and changed, grabbing my gloves, hat, and scarf I went back downstairs. As I was putting my scarf on my phone rang, it was Mike.

"Hey Mike, what's up?"

"Nicole said we have practice today but I didn't think we did. Do we?"

"Haha, not today. Tomorrow."

"Ha! So I was right!"

"Yep, you enjoying the snow?"

"Hell no, it's too early for that."

"I'm with ya, but the rest of my family isn't."

"Of course not."

A snowball hit the window, "Come on Ryan!" I held up a finger, "I've gotta go Mike, if I don't Brendon will bring the snow inside."

"Haha, he would. See ya tomorrow!"

"See ya."

I hung up and finished getting ready. Putting my phone in my pocket I went outside, "YAY, OTHER DAD IS OUT." It was a total of 10 seconds before a snowball collided with my face.

"IT WAS SAPPHIRE!"

"WAS NOT!"

I wiped the snow off my face and saw Brendon running. Scooping up some snow I threw it at him, hitting him in the ass.

"OW-"

"IT WAS A DIRECT HIT, I REPEAT A DIRECT HIT."

I laughed as Brendon turned around, "OH IT'S ON BABY." Sapphire ran behind a lawn chair as Brendon ninja rolled on the ground. He tried to throw another snowball at me but missed. I could hear Sapphire giggle as Brendon got up off the ground, "Motherfucker!" I threw another snowball at him, "Language!"

~Sapphire's POV~

I stayed behind the lawn chair as they ran around throwing snow at each other. I scooped up two handfuls of snow and waited for the perfect moment to strike. When they were both turned around I stood up and threw the snowballs, smacking them both in the back of the head. They turned around at the same time and I screamed before running.

"Get back here you little demon!"

"No!"

I run giggling as Ryan and Bren chase me. Next thing I know I've collided with the ground and can hear Brendon laughing. He's laying ontop of me, pushing me into the snow.

"Daddddd get off, your fat butt is crushing meeeee."

He rolls off me and I see Ryan standing over us, with snow. He drops it on me and I squeal, "It's cold!" I shake the snow off and sit up, looking over at Brendon who's staring at the sky.

"It's been a while since it's snowed, hasn't it been a few years Ry?"

I look over at Ryan, "Yeah, I think so."

We all watch the snow fall peacefully for a few minutes until I violently flop down against the snow. Moving my arms and legs to make a snow angel, though once I get up it looks more like a blob.

"It's beautiful Saph."

"Don't judge my snow blob."

"I'm not!"

I threw another snowball at Ryan, he threw one back. We continued to throw snowballs at each other.

"Do you want to build a snowmannnnnn?"

I turned to find Brendon rolling a ball of snow around on the ground. "YES-" I started rolling another one making Ryan laugh.

"Hey, you have to help too dad."

He rolled his eyes but started rolling another ball of snow anyway. Once we had all three of the balls stacked I ran off to find some sticks. When I returned Brendon had some rocks and Ryan had the typical carrot nose. We put everything on the snowman and I laughed, the rock eyes made him look derpy.

After another half hour or so we went inside. I took off my boots and wet outer clothes before running to my room to change. Putting on some warm clothes I went downstairs and sat on the couch. I pulled a blanket over myself as Brendon came into the living room. After he sat down I immediately latched onto him, "You cold sweetheart?"

I nodded as he put an arm around me.

"Hey Saph, you want marshmallows in your hot chocolate?"

"Yes please!"

Brendon turned on the TV as I nestled against him, loving the extra warmth. A few minutes later Ryan came in with three mugs, he handed me one.

"So we're going to the studio tomorrow and there's a few new bands, think you can show them around?"

I took a sip of my hot chocolate, "Sure!"

I eventually ended up drifting off, listening to Ryan and Bren talk about the show they were watching.

A/N: oh lordy jesus it's been forever since I updated. I'm sorry about that, I'm working on the next chapter right now and it's most likely gonna be chaotic. I hope you still like the story even with these slow af updates.
