*Chapter 5*

"Baby, what's wrong?" Chris asked, lightly knocking on the door. When I went up to the room I had locked it, something he wasn't very fond of.

"Nothing. I just want to be alone"

"Baby, please let me in" he asked again.

"No" I said, but my voice was slightly muffled by one of the pillows. I had known him for less than a day, and I really didn't want to tell him everything about me right away.

He groaned and I could hear the pounding of his feet slowly retreat from the door. While I didn't have super-hearing, I did have an incredibly good one.

"Danny?" I heard from the other side of the door.  It was Ariana.

"Danny, please open the door" she begged pleadingly.

"Go away" I muttered, my voice muffled by one of the pillows. I reached a hand up in a lazy 'go away' motion.

It had been over an hour since Christian had last tried to make me open up to him. I was thankful that he had given up, but still slightly disappointed. I wanted him to fight harder for me to open up to him.

"Danny, please" sighing I raised myself up from the bed slowly, and took lazy steps towards the door, I turned the doorknob, slowly, and opened the door, I hesitated for a moment, before turning around and collapsing onto the bed.

Ariana hesitated before walking into the room, settling herself gently on the end of the bed. I sighed.

"I don't want to talk about it" I told her.

"Okay" she didn't say anything else. She didn't have to. I knew that she thought it was okay.

Ariana layed herself back on the bed, sighing as well, then she turned to me and said; "boys, I don't like them"

"I agree"

"They're annoying, and really oblivious to things" she said. It sounded like she knew  excactly what she was talking about.

"You talking from experience?" I asked her.

She sighed before answering; "yep"

"Tell me" I almost demanded.

"Kent is my mate" Ariana blurted out. I sat up so fast I could've gotten a whiplash.

"What?!" I asked, well screamed with a surprised, yet shocked expression covering my face.

She buried her face into the bed letting out a small squeal.

"Are you sure?" I just had to ask. Of course she was sure, stupid me.

She nodded her head, which was still buried in the blankets, giving a quiet 'yes' my mouth formed an 'o'.

"So..." I began to talk after a long silence. "-How is it? -to be mates"

"Uhh, he doesn't acknowledge me" she said.

"Why not?"

"I just turned 19" she told me. I didn't understand why that's a problem though.

"Why's that a problem?" I asked her, voicing my thoughts.

"He's 352"

"What?" I asked. "You're kidding" I stated. He couldn't be that old, could he?

"No. Why would I?"

"He cant seriously be 352 years old" I said, before becoming hesitant. "Can he?" I asked. Werewolves are special. They have better agility than humans. They are faster, stronger, but more tempered. For all I know, they could be as old as Julius Caesar!
