COUNT DOOKU
Dooku knelt before the hologram of his master, Darth Sidious, on his palace on Serenno.
"Master," said the count, "it appears the padawan was much... stronger than we anticipated."
"That is... interesting," said the hologram in a raspy voice. "I take it you were unable to defeat her?"
"That assumption... would be correct, my lord," Dooku said. He was a little worried, for he knew how he may be treated if he failed.
"Most disappointing," said Sidious.
"There is some... potential in her, however," added the count. "I sense there is a darkness within her."
Sidious seemed pleased by this.
"Good," he said, "good. Perhaps she can be of some use to our plan, if she cannot be bested."
The hologram turned off.
AHSOKA TANO
So this was it. She would be leaving in a matter of minutes. She had no visions the night before, and had had a nice breakfast with Lux, but that couldn't take her away from the fact that she would be leaving the love of her life.
"What's wrong, Ahsoka?" Lux said. They were sitting on Ahsoka's bed, cuddling as usual.
"You know, Lux. I'm leaving soon."
"Ahsoka, please stay, at least a little longer..."
"I can't. Not now. I... If I stayed, I would be leaving so many people in the Order. Anakin, Barriss, Obi-Wan... Lux, I have so many friends there. But... we'll see each other again. I know that."
"How?"
"Lux... I had a vision while I was meditating. It seemed to be a vision of my future self. She... she called me Ahsoka Bonteri. Lux, I think... I think it's in my destiny to marry you."
Lux seemed a little shocked.
"I... would honestly love that," he said.
"Me too."
The two slowly pulled each other in for one last time, and slowly their lips met.
"I love you, Ahsoka."
"I love you too, Lux."
There was a knock on the door. they quickly parted and distanced themselves from each other.
"Come on in," Ahsoka said.
A 501st legion Clone Trooper entered the room.
"Commander Tano," the clone said, "Your shuttle is here."
"Coming," she said.
The Clone nodded, and she walked out the door. Lux followed her. They went out to the landing pad, where a republic shuttle was waiting for Ahsoka.
"Goodbye, Lux," Ahsoka said.
"Goodbye, Ahsoka."
The two waved at each other somberly, before Ahsoka walked up the ramp into the shuttle. Lux watched as the entry ramp lifted up and the shuttle lifted off the ground, and the love of his life zooming off into the distance.
