Chapter 11.

Kyle's Pov

My face was burning red as I touched my lips, my first kiss.......... it was perfect.... slow, soft and with someone whom I can devote my life to. She said she won't leave me, she promised it.   I still can't believe the beautiful creature infront of me is my mate. 

Calvin was on ninth cloud, 'Now let's retry that...........'

I bit my lip at his words..........  'I wouldn't mind that'   I shyly admitted.

When I glanced up to my mate, her eyes had darkened. My heartbeats increased again, as she looked at me, eyes flicking between amber and black-brown. It were terrifying, like a predator about to pounce........I couldn't move..... I couldn't look away, almost as if that excited my wolf?

What?!

Before I had time to think any further, I was strangled on the chair. Warm red lips moving against mine, her hands tugging my hair and her body radiating sparks off my skin where-ever she touched. My hands automatically rested on her waist to support her position. 

I gasped as she roughly pulled my hair, instantly her tongue entered my mouth......... It was too fast to keep up.......... her scent, her touch, the feeling of her body pressed against mine, her.... taste.  

I groaned when she pushed the softest part of her body against my chest. It was getting harder to restrain Calvin, he was almost on the surface.  What is she doing to me?  I could no longer control my bodies reactions. 

Too close, too much .................. I was getting breathless, my oxygen supply reduced and I could feel slight dizziness from her intense actions.

 A moan escaped my lips when she nibbled on my lower lip, the same place I bite when I am nervous.......... 

"Studying in dark may ruin your eyes, Selena"  came Gamma Erwin's bored voice, suddenly lights of the living room were turned on. 

My eyes widened and the girl in my arms froze, burying her face in my neck she groaned, her cheeks heated up.  I was sure,  I was going to pass out from breathlessness and embarrassment. Selena was still in my lap, holding me tightly to herself, her arms wrapped around my neck. 

My face was bright red as I averted my gaze from Gamma Erwin's grinning face, rubbing my mate's back who was whispering curses towards her Gamma.  

"My, my....... what do we have here?"  Erwin grinned,  "I thought you were going 'slow' ...... Selena?"

"Fuck off  Erwin" she whispered, but we both heard the annoyance in her voice loud and clear.

Erwin just laughed, "I didn't think cherry-popping will start so soon"

Cherry-popping? That's the second time Gamma Erwin mentioned it........

Somehow Selena's  embarrassed  increased even more after that statement.  What does that mean? Perhaps something related to mates? Should I ask Paul about it?..........

She moved away from me standing up. My arms felt empty without her warmth........... 

"I hate you Erwin" she glared non-threateningly towards Erwin who still had that cozy teasing grin on his face.  

Collecting all her laptop and notebook from the table she stood up straightening her cloths with a pink hue still pasted on her cheeks. Her usual stoic eyes felt light and lively..........

Does she always look so radiant? 

"I'll be in my room" she announced throwing me a wink, my cheeks lit up again.

 I unconsciously bit my lip at her words, her eyes darkened at the sight,  making me stop immediately...............  

Gamma Erwin rolled his eyes, he had made himself comfortable on the couch and was looking at us in amusement, "Make sure you don't get into someone else bed-... room  by mistakenly " he chuckled. We both turned red at that thought. 

She gave him a last glare before escaping.............. I sat there staring at the Selena's retreating figure.  

Should I go back to sleep too? I came here because I was thirsty...... to grab a bottle of water.

'But after tasting mate you're no longer thirsty?'  Calvin snickered.

'Shut up!' ................ 13 reasons why I hate my wolf- #2 Cracking indecent jokes in serious/ embarrassing situations.  

I sighed looking awkwardly at Erwin who had mirth in his eyes..............

"Kyle! My boy! Do you you need me to give you a birds and bees talk?" Erwin's eyes shone. I sweat dropped, shaking my head.

"Good morning" Selena greeted coming downstairs with her usual attire, black leather jacket, top and jeans. 

Alpha Robin and Jesse smiled at her, she sat on the chair adjacent to mine and thanked Mrs.Martha who served her breakfast. Gamma Erwin was in his office and didn't join us. 

Jesse like usual held the conversation on the table asking random questions in between. We climbed in Alpha's car and drove towards the school. Selena sat beside me with stoic unconcerned face, looking out of the window........... like nothing had ever happened.........

Everything was like usual...... I don't want to sound cliche or over-sensitive. But her unconcerned expression bothered me ........... was she going to go back to half-avoiding me? Only seeing each other during breakfast and lunch? Hardly ever speaking?

It's like she's there, she accepts the bond but her heart is still closed off........... A path she doesn't want to go, secrets she's too afraid to share and a bond she doesn't desire.   

My wolf looked at me concerned, 'Mate does want us!' 

I nodded at him, shaking my head to clear thoughts,   'I know, maybe I'm overthinking things. She always acts cold in public'

Then why do I want her to react? To smile more? For her dead eyes to flick with emotions, to prove that she is alive.........

She does smile at me when our eyes meet. She does react to me........... isn't that enough?

I was sitting in my chemistry class jotting down notes when my phone beeped. No-one has my number other than Mom, Rena and Big brother. Now Jesse and Jason......... who might have messaged in the middle of class? 

The first think if it was an emergency at home...... then they should've called right?

Keeping my phone hidden below my desk I opened the new message.

'Oh.. btw, I forgot to ask you, if I could sit with you during lunch?    And sorry for entering your room and stealing your number yesterday. I wanted to ask but you were already asleep..... Also, you look adorable while sleeping. ;)

My ears turned red. I could no longer pay attention to the board........... did she break into my room last night?

Then I felt like facepalming myself in the middle of class ...........................Why am I feeling so happy and excited about that?

My wolf piqued up, throwing image of last night in my mind.

Her pink cheeks, glowing dark eyes, breathless panting as she her warm body pressed against mine.

I didn't realized I had gasped out loudly as my cheeks turned dark red.

"Mr.Parker, would you like to share your thoughts with the class?" ..............  Not Again!
