I sighed at the his side of the bed which remained untouched. If I knew this move would bring out asshole Oscar I would'nt have brought it up, but yet again I wasn't the one that did.
I checked the time on my watch to see that it was 7:30, I was tired but I couldn't sleep I was just so angry at him that I wanted to walk out of my room and boil some water to throw it on him. I then looked down at the engagement ring on my finger, it wasn't worth it to me if he was going to act the way he was.
I turned to my other side when my phone buzzed and it was a text from Laurice who said that she was coming back home. I asked her to sleep over at Gio thinking that I was going to be spending my night with Oscar but that clearly didn't happen.
Deciding that I had enough sulking this morning, I got out of bed making my way to the bathroom, after my necessities I walked back out to the room. It was so strange seeing it as empty as it was, it made the already large room larger.
My eyes landed on Oscar who was sitting on the couch with his head in his hands, I pursed my lips walking to the kitchen ignoring his presence. I heard footsteps coming closer to where I was and I heard it stop right behind me but I still didn't turn around.
"Robyn, I'm sorry." That's all he had to say, Sorry, he was going to keep on saying sorry but I wasn't going to accept his dumbass apology because I know he doesn't see anything wrong with what he did, to him he was just spending the last night with a gang that has been his family since forever and I was the dumb girlfriend carrying his child that expected him to spend the night with her.
"I don't care Oscar. Laurice and the others are coming over, pack up your remaining things because we are moving today....unless that's no longer what you want to do." I glanced at him going back to making myself some decent breakfast.
"What if I told you that's not what I want to do anymore." I froze and closed my eyes in pain,my hands going to my ever growing bump, everyday I became more aware that yes there is in fact a little princess growing inside of me, a little princess who's daddy was acting like a massive dick right now.
I turned around and faced him. "I'll say okay. If you don't want to move, you want to stay here in Freeridge then You do that. But I am moving with or without you." That was my final answer. He was a grown ass man, I wasn't his mum nor could I tell him what to do so if he wanted to stay in freeridge he could do just that.
He exhaled in frustration turning around and then back to me.
"Look, I was joking okay. I want to move with you and my little Princessa." He walked over to me grabbing my hand tightly.I kept my face blank because my mother didn't raise no fool. I knew all he was saying was pure bullshit. I never took Oscar as a person to run from his problems , but right now he was settling. I wanted him to argue with me and tell me why exactly he didn't want to move. I was going to listen to him.
"Okay if you say so." I smiled mirroring his forced one.
"Do you even really want this?" My question stopped him as he was about to walk away, he turned around frowning.
"What?"
"This." I pointed to the ring on my finger.
He sighed "Estás Loca? I asked you to marry me for a reason." He frowned glaring at me
"Well how about you start fucking act like it."
We were interrupted when the door opened and in walked our friends. I brushed Oscar off wanting to remove the tension and smiled at the others.
"What's up bitches?!" I laughed at Benji's greeting.
"I hope you idiots are ready to move out of this fucking town." He said and I glanced at Oscar who had his arms crossed looking at us with a blank face.I was ready to do so but I knew he wasn't and he wasn't even hiding it at this point
