I looked in the mirror again. I put my hair in a nice princess braid and put on a nice purple dress, with matching heels and light makeup. I wanted to look good because I felt as scared as I did the first time I went on a date with him. I didn't feel scared that he was doing this based off of guilt or anything like that but scared that he will think that I am too much and will decide against being with me.

"You looks amazing." Jasmine said as she came in, wrapped her arms around me and lied her head on my shoulder. "How are you feeling?"

"I am scared that he won't feel the same way or that he will think that I am too much." I said honestly as I looked at my hair again and made sure it looked nice.

"Don't be scared. He hasn't shown you anything but respect and kindness. Give him some credit he will be able the amazing women behind the crazy." Jasmine said as she let me go and spun me around. "I know this isn't your first date but I still feel like a proud mom."

"Thanks." I said as I spun around again to make sure everything was perfect. I heard the doorbell ring and grabbed my stuff. "Here goes nothing."

It felt like Deja Vu coming downstairs with doubt and fear in my stomach and everything be taken away just by the sight of Nathan. He looked nice but nervous. He was wearing dress pants, a nice plaid shirt, had his hair styled nice and was wearing my favourite cologne. He was biting his lip and was fixing his watch.

I heard Victoria cough making Nathan look up and I see his eyes drift to mine. I saw him look me over and have a small nice smile on his face. I see his eyes gravitating to my hips as I sashayed down the stairs.

"Look up buddy." Victoria said while snapping her fingers.

"Yea sorry." Nathan said as he looked up at my face. "It's just that you look incredible."

"Thanks." I said as I got to him and hooked my arm with his. I see him looking at me debating what was happening. I knew that we needed to talk.

"Have a great night guys. And Nathan please keep her out tonight and don't bring her back till the morning." Victoria says in a serious voice.

"Okay. Let's go." I said as I walked him out and saw Victoria lock the door behind us.

"I don't know why but that never gets old. I am never not scared off her." Nathan says as he brushed my hair out of my eyes and tried to kiss me but decided against it.

"Where are we going?" I asked him as he opened the door for me and I got into his car.

"I don't know. I don't even know what we are doing right now so we can go wherever you want to." Nathan says as he got into the car.

"Well I guess we can go to Nicholas's." I said as I grabbed my stuff and looked into my purse to find that I only had $50 but that should be enough to have a big meal there.

"I don't really know where that is." Nathan said as he scratched his arm. "Sorry. I'm really nervous right now."

In any other circumstance I would have thought that he was being cute but I felt the exact same way that he must have. "I can give you the directions."

For the whole ride we didn't talk as he put on the radio and I gave directions. Even though we didn't say much from his eyes keep coming back to me and my arm lightly brushing against his, I feel like we are communicating everything we need to.

We got to the restaurant to see that it was starting to get busy but not as much as the sushi place he brought us on our first date. I love the restaurant because it is really funky and nice. There are tables with boom boxes, the waiters and waitresses are all very nice and the food is big and yummy.
