It All Started With A One Night Stand

Last Weekend of Normal

Alyssa's POV:
"I'm so happy I finally get you all to myself." Nathan said as I got into bed with him.

Nathan and I were sleeping in his room ever since we got here. Even though Nathan's moms had a little bit of apprehension of letting me and Nathan sleep in the same bed, they agreed after we reassured them that we were not going to have sex. We told them about how we never had sex, which was a lie, and that we would not start doing it at their house. After seeing that we were being honest and that we already slept in Nathan's room unsupervised they agreed to it.

We slept in Nathan's room which was nice. It was half blue and half white, there was a big kind sized bed in the middle, he had his computer on one side with his book shelf of books and awards, on the opposite side of the bed he had his closet and basketball hoop that lead to his dirty laundry, and on the opposite side of his computer he had a door and a balcony. His room was really beautiful.

I loved the fact that from looking at his room I can tell more about who he is. He is someone who is innovative, smart, athletic, and sentimental. He had everyone of his sports awards on his book shelf and even had a framed picture of his adoption certificate. It was amazing thinking how he has a big family of people who were not related but loved each other more than biological families love each other.

"What do you mean I have been spending all my time with you?" I said as I lied my head on his chest and kissed his neck.

"No you have not. You have spend time with my little sister playing, you spend time studying with Lilly and you spend time looking at baby pictures with my mom. You spend no time with me. Do you ever like me anymore?" He said with a teasing smile.

"You asshole." I said while smiling, picking up a pillow and hitting him with it. "You know why I'm spending so much time with them." I finished hugging my pillow.

"I know but I still want to spend time with you. Tomorrow is our last day here, maybe after spending the afternoon with them we can leave early and just be together." Nathan said while grabbing my hands and intwining his fingers with mine.

"Are you sure you want to do that? It's been almost a month since the last time you saw your family." I said while rubbing my nose on his chest.

"Yes. I have to spend all winter break with them. While you are the one who is leaving me next weekend. So I want to spend as much time with you as possible. Alone time." He said while smiling and chuckling.

"Okay fine." I said while grabbing his face and kissing it.

It would be nice to spend some one on one time with Nathan. I understood what he meant when he said he missed me. From wanting to leave a good impression on his family I have spend all my time with them. But still i loved spending time with his family as I grew up in a small family and never had these cute moments with my family. My mom was always working, I didn't have a dad, and I wasn't close with my brother.

From spending time with them I started feeling like a part of their family. I can see myself visiting them more often. I would love to help Lilly with school as she says that she is also thinking of going into Psych. I would love to see April grow up to being an amazing person. I wanted to get to know Veronica a lot better. And I would love to see more of Demi and Susan's love as I did not grow up with seeing a loving relationship, so seeing one made me honestly believe in love. I want this family to be mine and I want Nathan forever, was the final thought I had before falling asleep in the arms of the man I love.

"Wake up." I felt someone nudge me while trying to wake me up. "Wake up. Wake up. Wake up."

"Oww. Shit." I heard Nathan yell making me wake up. I turned to see Nathan grabbing his crotch as it looks like April by accidentally jumped on it when she was trying to wake us up.
