Robins point of view
"So if it wasn't Max who was it?", Jem says worried.
"I don't know...", Max says just as worried.
"But that's not what matters right now... why are we just sitting here?, shouldn't we be going after my father, stop whatever he's planning!...", Max says getting aggravated and pacing the Treehouse.
"Max!, ... calm down", I say as I walk over to him, trying to stop his pacing by placing my hands on his shoulders.
"Don't tell me to calm down, when my father is out there doing god knows what!", he says moving my hands away.
"exactly, god knows what... we don't know what he's planning... what he's doing..." I admit sadly, we don't even know what we are doing.
"... sorry Ro I'm just annoyed..." he said walking over to the sofa to sit down.
"I get that...", I say trying my best to put on a smile. I'm scared... like really scared...
"It's... it's just... your think I'd know... I mean I was supposedly helping him... do what exactly... I don't know... I was just blindly following him... like I always do..." he says putting his head in his hands with a deep sigh.
"Max..." I say as I sit next to him.
"Don't... I'm going to get some water...", he says as he leaves the Treehouse, my eyes follow him as he leaves.
"Is he ok?", Jem asks coming over and taking the spot next to me Max previously occupied.
"I hope so", I say looking away from the door.
"Sooo, what are we going to do, Max did have a point ... we can't just sit here...", Jack said spinning in his desk chair so he was facing us.
"I realise that Jack, but where to start?... this is way to big for a rookie superhero like me... if you can even call me that...", I turn slightly to the side, so they can't see my face.
"Ro..., you stopped Shadow Spider and Bates on your first time out, some of the most ruthless criminals there is... that's pretty impressive to me", Jem says scooting closer to me.
"well Bates is...", Max said with a laugh standing by the door, who had just returned with a cup of water in his hand. How'd he climb up the ladder with a a cup of water in your hand.
"How'd you climb the ladder with a cup of water in your hand?", Jack asked, surprised. Literally took the words right out of my mouth.
Max just shrugged and responded "...with great difficulty!".
"... as I was saying... Ro, if that's not a superhero... then I don't know what is... and I would know... I am... a massive geek...", she said turning her attention back to me.
"Yep!", Max and Jack said at the same time.
"Oh come on that was just luck... that all it was luck", I say with a sigh.
"Uh no, no it wasn't...", She said with a look of disbelief, "plus,I mean none of us what have even thought that our maths teacher was a supervillain... you found that out...", she said nudging me on the shoulder.
"Again that was luck... I forgot my coat in his room... and happen to overhear a conversation... hardly heroic...", I said putting my head in my hands.
"Guys help me out here...", she says pleadingly.
"ok this one want recent...," Max says sitting on sofa on the other side of mr, "...and ...it doesn't evolve you using your powers... but when I fell out of that tree, you helped me... you called an ambulance... you let them borrow your phone to... to phone my mother..." he said with a sad smile.
"but if I flew up to get you... you wouldn't have needed an ambulance in the first place...," I said looking up to Max sadly, "and I a lot that happened that day wouldn't have..."
"that wasn't your fault..." he said putting his hand in my shoulder.
"that's not what you told me at the hospital...", I said.
"I was distraught and well I was younger and stupid...", he said with a slight chuckle.
"It was three years ago, and you kinda also seemed to still think it, a few weeks ago...", he said with a slight smile.
"well I was still younger and stupidier?... is that a word", he said laughing once again.
"no...", Jem answered unsure.
"Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that if anyone can stop my father it's you... and you got our help of course", he said trying to make me fell better. Kinda working slightly but not a lot...
... I just kinda been thinking that maybe all that's happened had just been kinda luck... with the coat and the college fight... everything...
... it got me thinking that maybe someone else should be doing this... someone more qualified...
...like...
"Well, Time Taker could...", I say with a small laugh.
"wow do you have an answer for everything...", Max says gesturing this way and that.
"no as a matter of fact I don't!", I yell as I stand up, "I don't know how we gonna stop any of this... we don't even know what we have to stop... so no... I... don't have have an answer everything"
"Wait... maybe you do...", Jack said Turing back to face his computer.
"what?", I asked curiously turning in my spot to face him.
"Time Taker... weren't we going to see if we could find him?", he said laughing at the end.
Oh yea I forgot about that...
"yea... but no one has seen him for weeks...", I answered.
"I still think we should at least inform the police", Jem said putting her hand up in the air.
"uhhh, yea that's not a great idea... I over heard my father talking to someone on the phone called them officer... I'm guessing he had a friends in the police force.", Max said nervously.
"sooo yep that's out," Jem said as she brought her hand back down.
"I'm going to go look see if anyone had spotted Time Taker recently" Jack said as he started typing away at his computer.
