Bakugo and I walk through the halls together in silence. I take in all the new surroundings of the prestigious academy. I marvel at the fact that I am actually here, since less than one in three hundred students are accepted every year. With odds like that I am sure my classmates are going to being some crazy powerful people. I mean I already know that both Bakugo and Todoroki are in my class so I can't even begin to imaging who else might be included.
This is so cool!
Bakugo and I find the door labeled class 1-A.
Wow, that's gotta be the biggest door I've ever seen.
Bakugo pulls it open like it's nothing and walks through, with no attempt to wait for me to follow. I slide in after him before the door could close in my face, and look around the room, counting twenty chairs total.
Seems about right - from what I heard, four people are admitted through recommendations and the rest are through the entrance exam. There are 40 total students divided into 2 hero courses, 1- A and 1-B.
We enter the empty classroom and find our seats. Mine is in the second row over from the door and two chairs away from the front. I look at the names on the cards around my chair: Kaminari Denki is in front of me and Kirishima Eijiro is behind me. To my right, Tsuyu Asui and to the left, Hanta Sero. I slide into my chair, making myself comfortable.
Those are some interesting names, but I don't know who any of these people are...I hope they are nice. Since I just moved here it would be nice to make some friends. It would be beneficial to me if I could just be generally nice to everyone and sort of fly under the radar.
Thankfully Bakugo's seat is located on the opposite side of the classroom near a window. He walks over towards his seat, looking at the cards around him. He focuses on the name assigned to the seat behind him.
"Tch...how the hell..." he mumbles angrily to himself, sitting down casually and leaning back in his chair. He places his arms behind his head, closes his eyes and puts his feet up on his desk.
Not wanting him to catch me watching, I pull out a notebook book, pop my headphones in, and pass the time by doodling.
I am glad that we don't sit near each other.
A variety of students fill into the room as time passes. A blue haired boy with glasses that I vaguely recognize picks a fight with Bakugo.
Wrong move -I think to myself noticing their squabble.
I stay quiet as Izuku enters the classroom followed by that nice girl from the entrance exam. With an intense look on his face, the blue haired guy went over to say something to a bashful Izuku. The three students are totally distracted by their idle chatter. I look past the cute girl and see a caterpillar flopping forward into the doorway.
No way...Is that -
Sure enough it wasn't a caterpillar, but a man with long black hair and dark circles underneath his eyes.
Aizawa!
His body was enclosed in his signature yellow sleeping bag.
Pfft! That's hilarious - he's going to scare the crap out of everyone.
I giggle to myself, catching the attention of Izuku who starts towards me, an excited expression on his face.
"Oh Y/N! I am so glad you-" Izuku begins but falls silent as I give him a serious expression putting a finger to my lips shushing him and pointing towards the doorway. Izuku looks over his shoulder in confusion, suddenly freezing at the sight of the man laying on the floor.
