Chapter 34: what to do

As Monday came around, Ushijima dropped Kc off before going to school.

Kc: Bye Toshi! I'll see you next week

He just waved at her and started to jog away. She went to her class, she notice that Daichi was there already she didn't look at him. Although Daichi looked at her in hope she would look at him. Kc sat down and took her things out and a few minutes later the teacher came.

Teacher: Alright please turn to page 345

As class finished she started to put her things away. Today the boys where going to see where their skills were at. Technically a small physical exam, once she finished packing she quickly left not wanting to see Daichi. Daichi followed a bit after since they are going to the same place.

Boy: Hey Kc!

Kc turned around and saw a second year, she stopped waiting for him to catch up. Daichi walked a bit slower watching the scene.

Kc: Hello What can I do for you *Smiles*

Boy: I-I heard y-you're single

Kc looked at the boy a bit shyly, she started to rub the back of her neck a bit embarrassed.

Kc: I...Uh...um yes I am

That hurt Daichi, even though they didn't talk about breaking up, now he knew what their relationship status is now.

Boy: I um was wondering if Uh.....would you like to
go on a date with me!

The boys eyes were closed a small smiled on his face. He already knew the answer she was going to say though. It was a pretty early for Kc to be with someone again. Kc looked at the boy and smiled at him gently.

Kc: I'm sorry....I don't think I'm ready to go on a date

Boy: Ah! It's okay I understand thank you for your time

The boy smiled at her then ran off, Daichi sighed in relief now he had to think of something to her Kc back.

As they finally finished the physical exam Takeda came in saying he had great news. Kageyama has been invited to a training camp, Tsukishima as well but in Shiratorizawa. Hinata didn't get invited and he started to pout. He then looked at Kc like he realized something.

Hinata: Wait! Was that why Ushiwaka was with you Kc?!?

Kc: I...Uh not exactly

She laughed awkwardly, Ushijima did talk to her about it and Kc did pulled a few strings.

Hinata: Why didn't you tell him to put me in! *Pouts*

Kc: Well I did suggest some of you guys but uh....Wakatoshi um he uh...

She looked away from them embarrassed, Ushijima actually disliked everyone in the team.

Ryoko: Uhuh

Yuki: no harm done Kc

Kc: *Coughs* he kinda hates you guys, especially Hinata and Kageyama....either way it wasn't his choice it was coach Washijo who picked tsukishima.

Kageyama: So you tried to convince him with drinking
