Lately Harry is growing more, and more distant. He has an award show, event or new launch every other night, or just a night out to the clubs or whatever, and I am starting to get really bothered by it.
"Hey babe. Where are you going?" I ask as Harry comes down the stairs, wearing dress pants, and a tie
"Oh, I'm going to go see Niall at the club." He says.
"Oh, I thought you were staying with me to help clean a bit?" I ask, since that is what he promised this morning.
"I totally forgot. Sorry babe. I'll be back at about 11 though." He says, kissing my cheek, and hopping out the door before I can reply. I sigh and decide to just continue cleaning. I am to occupied, to even notice the time sneaking past 11, and then 12, and then 1. But I finally hear him come home, and when I check the clock, it is just past 2 in the morning. I sigh, and help a slightly tipsy Harry to bed. "Remember we have lunch with my parents tomorrow." I remind him.
"Oh, I forgot to tell you, Niall asked me to go golfing with him, so I can't go to lunch." I scoff slightly.
"Yeah, sure. Whatever." Then I get into bed as well, and turn my back to him. When I wake up the next morning, he is gone indeed, and so are his golf clubs. I sigh and continue with my day. At lunch, my mom invites me and Harry to my little sisters graduation, and I promise her I will come, I just need to check about Harry. After lunch, I quickly phone Harry.
"Hey babe." He answers.
"Hi! My mom asked if we'd go to my sisters graduation on the 19th?" He is silent for a bit.
"I can't, Zayn wants me to go with him to get his new tattoo." I sigh.
"Of course."
"What's with the attitude?" He asks.
"It's nothing. See you later Harry." I reply, too fed up to argue right now, and then I hang up. I drive to our shared apartment, and move a few of my things to the guest bedroom. It may appear like I'm overreacting, but this has been going on for about 2 months now, and I'm struggling to handle this.
When Harry comes home after the studio, we eat together at the TV like we also do.
"What was with the attitude earlier?" He asks, stuffing his mouth with food. I take a deep breath. It's now or never.
"You keep blowing my events off. My sister only graduates once, and you can't go. My best friend only turns 21 once, and you had something better to do. I can deal with you blowing me off Harry, but my sister really wants you to come. I always, as in always, go to your events, and you can't come to some that are important to me?" I say, finally speaking my mind.
"You're just over reacting." Harry says.
I sigh, and get up to put my plate in the kitchen. "Sure I am. I'm staying in the guest room for a while." I tell him. He sighs.
"You're seriously so mad just because I can't attend two stupid events?" He asks.
"Not just two Harry. But don't worry, I won't invite you to any more 'stupid' events." I say, walking to the guest bedroom. A part of the guest bedroom is also my 'art corner', so I do a bit of drawing to calm myself down. Harry doesn't even try to talk to me again.
Tomorrow is the day I'm hearing if my art pieces make it for an exhibit, and if they do, I have the most important event of any artists career coming up on Thursday evening.
I sleep in the guest room, and when I wake up, I get the call. My pieces made it to the exhibit! I am so excited! I decide to find Harry and tell him. He always loves my art. I find Harry eating cereal at the counter.
