Blood hands:
I can't be bothered to explain this one.
Analysis:
lets you know what anybody's quirk is and what their fears are.
Powered sight:
Night Vision, heat vision and being able to see peoples weak spots.
Now explaining the voices:
The voices Depresso expresso and villainous.
So they spilt the main quirk (blood hands) into three, the original and two powered-up versions matching the voices personalities like depresso expresso's version makes Izuku unable to kill himself because his wounds heal instantly, the downside of this is that he feels indescribable pain. This powered-up version starts when Izuku overwhelms himself with depressing thoughts and ends when they go away.
The villainous powered-up version activates when Izuku gets overwhelmed by anger, the downside he passes out and only has a little bit of control over his body.
