Namji walked through the empty hallway towards her locker. Everyone must be in class right now and Namji wasn't bothered, despite that she was skipping classes.
She opened her locker and grabbed her P.E uniform. When she was about to head to the restroom to change her clothes, Namji was greeted by Soobin's sudden presence.
Namji: Oh Soobin...
Soobin: Are you ok?
He asked hesitantly as he came closer.
Namji: I'm fine, I just got into a situation earlier.
She replied trying to avoid his eyes. She still remembered what he did the day before you know.
Soobin: Yeah I saw....
Namji: You saw?
Namji was pained at the fact that he was there, but he didn't even bother to help her. And now he's checking up on her with concern? What did he expect?
Soobin: What did you even do? Just don't bother them next time. Before they do something worse to you. Sanha won't always be here to help you out like today.
Namji stayed shushed. She just starred at him in disbelief.
Soobin: And also, don't be friends with Sanha. I'm not liking that guy.
Namji: Stop
She said leaving Soobin surprised.
Namji: Soobin just because I like you, doesn't mean you can manipulate me like you do. I'm not your dog. At least Sanha has always been there to help me when I needed somebody, unlike you. All you do it hurt me Soobin. Never were you there when I needed support. I don't even know why I like you when all you do is act like a selfish jerk! Don't ask me to be friends if you don't want to, I'm not gonna force you Soobin. Because friends are suppose to help and be there for each other! I have so many problems in my life already and you're not making it any better. All I needed was a friend at school...
Namji left him there as a tear escaped her eye. Soobin stayed at him place, his body not moving an inch. Then he thought about her words. He asked himself why Namji has been in his mind all the time lately. It was weird. It was cofusing...

FAST FORWARD
Soobin went home as the feeling of guilt never left his body. He completely treated her unfaily all this time.
But still, when he saw the scene at the cafeteria, watching Namji getting bullied pained his heart. He didn't know why. He never felt bad for her before but why does he now?
Soobin asked himself of it was normal to feel this way towards a.....friend.

Namji went straight to the hospital to visit her grandmother again. It's going to be like this for a while until her grandma heals. Namji only get's get home when she's finished with her side jobs.
Namji did her homework while watching over her grandma.
Grandmother: You're skribbling too hard on your sheet. What made you mad?
As Namji realized that she was harming her notebook, she put her pencil down and looked at her grandmother.
Namji: Halmeoni, am I hard not to hate?
Gradmother: Why? Who hates you dear?
Namji: ......litterally everyone. You're one of the only ones I have halmeonie. What would I do when you're gone?
Her grandmother looked at her as Namji's eyes became teary. He never really knew about Namji getting mistreated at school and it broke her heart.
Grandmother: Come here.
She opened her arm and pulled her into a hug. Namji held her tightly, not wanting to let her go.
Grandmother: I'll try to stay as long as I can darling. If not, I'll haunt those who hurt my grand child. They better get ready.
Namji pulled away as a chuckle let her lips. Losing someone who's been there with you since the beginning is the most painful thing ever. Namji wouldn't let that happen.
