Soobin opened the door to his house. It was quite. He made his way to the living room and saw the TV running while no one was watching. He turned it off and went to the kitchen and there he found him.
His dad was sitting at the counter with an empty bottle while resting his head on his palm.
Mr Choi: Hey Soobin....
His dad greeted firmly but looked like as if he was about to fall. Soobin rushed to him before he could and put his arm around his shoulders to support him.
Mr Choi: Argh my head hurts.
Soobin: Don't worry dad, I'll bring you to your room.
His dad acts differently sometimes while he's drunk. He's either aggressively raging or he acts like a normal person who just feels ill. But that only happens rarely. His dad is on rage mode more often.
Soobin brought him to his room and laid him on the bed. It's the first time in a while since his father slept in his own bedroom.
Mr Choi: Thank you. I hope you day at school was ok. Go do your homework now, son.
He said before passing out. Soobin felt his tears sliding down his smiling face. This is why he hasn't and will never leave his dad. Soobin still had hope that maybe his dad would come back being his old self.
He dried off his tears and went to clean the mess in the living room and kitchen.

Namji went straight to the hospital right after her shift. But she stayed outside since she knew her dad was still inside taking care of her grandmother.
She stood there with her hands in her pocket as the chilly wind keeps blowing pass her. Namji thought about the time from earlier at the bakery. She was debating on weather she should listen to her heart or her brain.
How can she forget about Soobin when her heart literally starts racing as soon as she starts thinks of him? Namji has made her decision. She thought that she hasn't tried her best yet so she want to keep going. It's not time to give up just yet.
Namji saw her dad finally existing the hospital after a while. After he was completely gone, Namji went inside.
